I have been here twice now and the selection of product is really good even though prices might be a little higher than some. The employees are helpful but I felt a little hurried and rushed the last time I went in. I didn't feel very welcome to ask any more questions so I just paid and left.
Great place to stop in and pick up what you need quickly as long as you know what you want.

That being said, sometimes when things are getting really busy the shops can seem hectic, and we totally understand how that can be frustrating. I give "service" a 2-Star review to a female (with curly, light hair) who was having a (very loud!) conversation to an employee across the room. In fact, it was so loud that we could hear her from outside the room! She wasn't very helpful at all and she couldn't answer barley ANY of our questions about the concentrates, seemed a bit confused (stoned?) and they weren't difficult questions to answer for someone who works there. I saw her there twice and both times, she was just... LOUD! It was very frustrating to us, however, we just excused it as her being a loud person (in an annoying way) and just bought my medicine and got out of there.
On the flip side, I give service a 5-STAR review (more if I could!π) to a VERY HELPFUL guy (with dreads) who was not just laid back and super friendly, but he was SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! He was extremely helpful on my very first visit, but unfortunately, we haven't seen him there since.π On our way out the door, my husband and I both looked at each other and said, "WHOA! HE KNOWS HIS STUFF!" He made us feel really comfortable (I must say, I was a bit nervous to step foot into my very first cannabis dispensary on my very first day. But the awesome "guy in dreads" (is what I'll call himπ) made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. He was honest, sincere, friendly, and helpful beyond words. He helped us understand SO MUCH about how certain strains worked for specific medical issues and any possible side-effects (ie: sleepy, wired, ect.) He spent a good 10-15 minutes with us telling us all about the different strains and how they work. We give this "guy in dreads" π 5-STARS TO THE MOON... AND BACK!πππππ!!!
The outside store front doesn't do the inside justice! As soon as you walk in the front door, you will see the most comfortable couches and chairs that I literally melted into! It was such a cozy, relaxing environment that gives you a warm feeling.
The quality and variety of Bloom Well's products are spectacular! I only use concentrates and Bloom Well is the only place I have yet to find that has such a wide variety of both flowers and concentrates for medicinal users (which can be hard to find as medicinal users are exceptionally sensitive to certain strains, therefor, needing a wide variety to experiment with). Bloom Well has it all! That doesn't include all the many different varieties of topicals, edibles, tinctures, you name it, Bloom Well more than likely has it!
I noticed a wide variety of people that go to Bloom Well and it actually made me feel a bit more comfortable to see this. From medicinal 80+ year-old couples, to college-aged snowboarders in their early 20s coming back from Mt. Bachelor, to your average, middle-aged business professionals, to severely debilitated people in wheels chairs, to caregivers coming in for a loved one, to your typical, laid back guy that just wants to relax a bit after a hard days work. This was very comforting to me to see such a wide variety of cannabis users. It definitely helped me to understand how the judgmental, stereotypical people are WAY off target. Seeing such a wide variety of users taught me so much. This experience also helped me understand the importance of this medicine and how it helps so many people in their own, individual way.
If you live in Central Oregon and had never been to a dispensary before, Bloom Well is a very trusting company to use. I was born with a rare genetic condition and have been suffering most of my life, despite pharmaceuticals... until I finally bit the bullet and decided to get my MM card and try cannabis for my pain, nausea, discomfort and it even helps with anxiety. Now, every 1-2 weeks, I've been going to Bloom Well for concentrates, cartridges, and vaping accessories for almost a year now. I'm not stuck in bed nearly as much as I used to, and it gave me my appetite back! Although I'm still slightly underweight, I'm finally able to enjoy food once again which, in turn, gives my body more energy. Bloom Well has truly given me my life back! I can finally enjoy the beautiful outdoors Central Oregon has to offer! Bloom Well, heal well, and live well!π±

Jesse (guy with dreads) is a fantastic Budtender, and we truly think that having such a wide variety of consumers is one of the many things that is breaking down stigma. I live locally and this is by far my favorite dispensary in the area after visiting quite a few. Their staff is more knowledgeable than the competitions and this is definitely the spot where fine quality meets reasonable prices.

Worst place in bend. Never been treated like absolute trash inside a dispensary till I came to this place. Had a great selection of cbd but you can count on me never coming back due to the customer service.

There are only two dispensaries in town that I will go to and Bloomwell is #1
The entire crew there is always so welcoming and so helpful! Grace is absolutely incredible and perfect! And Mitch and Kevin are both so awesome and are so knowledgeable! I wish I could give everyone there a shoutout because they all rock! Definitely one of the bestest most awesomeness cannabis markets in town!

If this place was a woman, id go down on her for days! 175 dollar ounce after tax and its straight fire. I honestly can't afford much more than that a month so please don't change a thing...this is Oregon afterall, not the god damned Hawaiian black market!

I liked the dumbcane plants Bloom Well had when waiting rooms was a thing, now I enjoy browsing the glasswork for sale. The staff is friendly and engageing while answering all of my questions. Got some very tasty edibles what more can I say.

We were looking for a new medical dispensary to try out since we just moved back to town. This place has such a quality selection that I had to get a few samples of several different strains. I picked up a range from High THC to a no THC/high CBD and a few in between. The Narnia at 25.56% (LTRMN) was by far my favorite of the bunch. It had such a wonderful clean pine smell, covered with powdery crystals, and the flavor upon the smooth burning inhale was fruity with a flavorful nose on the exhale. It gets you quick. Narnia led me to the other world for hours of re-organizing my garage and a quick climbing session. The Bruce Banner (Sunshine Medicinals) at 20.7% helped relax my muscles after the climbing session in the high desert. The 9.54% CBD strain Valentine X (Phyre) was a great night cap for a restful sleep and was pretty looking for a CBD strain.
Of course I have to mention that they have Pineapple, my favorite most flavorful strain is always a winner.
I will be back to try some more variety from these nice folks.

I have been coming here for over a year, major staff turnover and horrible service. On at least a half dozen occasions I was the only customer in the building and waited 5 minutes or more to be called while some employee was farting around in the back.

Staff distractions happen on occasion, and it's inevitable that we fumble a customer service encounter. We shall forward your feedback to our entire crew as a reminder to be attentive.
Our staff can see clients from "the back," so it surprises us to hear that you weren't acknowledged immediately upon entering our premises -- especially on a 1/2 dozen occasions. We make every effort to make eye contact and to greet our guests graciously. We also do "busy work" at the front desk, so it's rare during a slow time to have crew members in the back at all. We have dismissed any irresponsible staff members ages ago, and have most of the same staff members on hand since we opened years ago.

I can't believe its taken me this long to find them. im a medical patient and have been to many places. the quality of their bud is untouchable, no others compare.

Been having more and more bad experiences here lately, which is unfortunate as this place is usually one of my go-to dispos. The last 3 times I've been in, the budtender has tried to charge me sales tax despite my OMMP status. It's uncomfortable having to constantly correct someone on something that's really simple and that they should have down by now. Last visit: jar says $10, budtender says my total is $15. Hand them $15, scratching my head, and say, "why would the jar say $10 if it's $15?" He goes and gets me $2.50 change. I then had to speak up again to remind them that I'm exempt from the sales tax before finally getting my full $5 back. Same night, just prior, reeeally creepy, dirty guy hanging around back of shop approaches me immediately as I'm getting out of my car and tries to give me $20 so I can go in and buy bud on his behalf. BIG NO NO. Made me incredibly uncomfortable. Another customer and I both alerted the staff of this, and they proceeded to do...absolutely nothing about it. That just isn't safe Bloom Well! Shame to have to leave this review because I like the product they source so much. It's just getting to be a pain to have to deal with their staff.
Also, the flower prices are ridiculous. Upwards of $12/g for outdoor that doesn't even test well..? Robbery...

We want all our patients to feel safe and comfortable, and to have an enjoyable experience every time they visit.
We work hard to develop relationships with indoor and outdoor gardeners from around the region and state -- and share the fruits of their labors with our guests. We do indeed have outdoor cannabis, which comes from a Clean Green Certified farm and that won cannabis competitions for quality (not test results) on the floor at $12/g. A quarter of that $12/g product costs $66 or $9.43/g. We also have sungrown flower on the shelf at $6, $7 and $8 a gram, again with breaks at 3.5g and 7g. So, hopefully, there's something for every budget; nobody should feel taken advantage of.
Our point of sale system should not be charging a tax for OMMP sales; please let the front desk know about the tax incidents so they can examine your account status. It's a matter of checking the correct boxes in our software system, or selecting the proper dropdown menus. Perhaps someone made an error when you were originally checked in. Again, we aspire to make our guests feel comfortable and appreciated -- not the opposite.
