Farmacy - Santa Ana

This place is super cute and feels like a Whole Foods to me. Everyone has been so nice and helpful. My first time visiting, I noticed that there was an overcharge on my receipt once I got to my car. I went back in and they quickly fixed it and threw in a house joint for the inconvenience. Great customer service. I also like that they have security in the parking lot.

Bud and Bloom is the future of legalization. Feels like an upscale retail location where you can get great service, good prices, and an eclectic selection. Many collectives feel like shady operations, this place proves it doesn't have to be that way. I have never once been disappointed and I make the drive from Long Beach, their staff alone makes it worth the effort.

I had been going to a few other dispensaries before I found Bud and Bloom. Once I found this place though, I don't want to go anywhere else. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable, the price and selection are great. On top of that, the place is absolutely beautiful. I go here everytime and absolutely love it.

I went in to buy an Oz. Flowers was way expensive compared to shops in and around. an ounze of gelato came close to $520. When I mentioned this to the bud tender (young woman) she was so arrogant. I had to walk out on her for being rude. been smoking for over 16 years between seattle and ca. This tender need to learn customer service. Too bad. never coming to your store and definitely will advice my friends to not visit you either.

First time purchasing vape cartridges and a pen, they were patient and happy to explain. Had to being back a cartridge that was leaking and they exchanged it, hassle free! First time patients get a really good discount too.

It was my first time visiting any dispensary so I had nothing to compare it to but I was impressed by the relaxing atmosphere and by the knowledgeable personnel. I will be back.

Tl;dr: great quality flower and fantastic selection of edibles high in CBD. Friendly staff, beautiful store. Longer review: what I noticed immediately was how they treated me like an actual patient. Everything felt very professional and I felt like I was treated with dignity. It may seem silly but so many other shops have treated the whole process like a joke but not Bud and Bloom. They treated me with nothing but respect and I can’t thank them enough for that. The store itself is beautiful and felt like an experience. Even though I was there for medicine, I felt like I was shopping in a luxury store. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me to pick the medicine that would be most likely to help me. The flower I purchased was very nice quality both in presentation and effect. I will most certainly be coming back. Thank you Bud and Bloom for the great experience.

This place has the best eclectic holistic warm vibes. So professional yet cozy. Like walking into a cute cozy café. Design, quality + variety of products + flower is top notch. Always the best. One of my fav budtenders , so knowledgble & considerate. Would highly recommend this place!

Overall, top notch bud but the service is sub-par. The budtender who helped me seemed knowledgeable but I couldn't help but to overhear another interaction taking place beside me between an older patient and another budtender. That budtender was assisting an older gentleman and you could tell it was his first time in a dispensary purchasing cannabis. As expected, this gentleman was asking very basic questions about potency and strains and the budtender was getting visibly irritated that he wasn't already aware of this information. This budtender was dismissive, snarky and not very personable. Simply put, that older gentleman was getting more and more confused and stressed by the lack of hospitality and the budtender was not helping at all by taking the time to explain things and walk him through the different options. My 73 year old father has recently started to go to dispensaries and if this is the type of service provided to seniors then I don't think I will be recommending my father to come here. 5 stars for the bud. 2 stars for the customer service and service fees.

Reception guy was super friendly and jovial, but the budtender was the opposite. He seemed reluctant to answer questions, and generally over it. I’m disappointed by my experience here.

A little frustrated on the service provided, I went there during a promotional event they held last month. Unfortunately, during my visit they didn't have my product I purchased in the past, spoke to the manager and she took down my contact information and was told she was going to get back to me when the product got in. Fast forward - no phone call! I happened to stop by and found out they received the product a week ago. Secondly, I bought the last two boxes of a different product and was told from the sells representative that they will talk to the manager to order more. Called three days later to verify if this was done and they couldn't provide an answer. Called five days later and was told the manager is placing an order today and it won't come until two weeks from now. Very unreliable! Great service if the product is in however do not expect quality service if you are waiting for

After a cannabis hiatus of about 17 years, I was looking for information and guidance for my return. After a couple bad experiences to dispensaries with loud music, military style security, and limited high CBD products, Bud and Bloom was just what I wanted. The Security officer was welcoming with low visibility, not making me feel like he was waiting for the next raid. My Dr. recommendation was quickly verified, and the shop layout was open and inviting. I explained what I was looking for and the budtender gave me a tour of the shop and talked to me with confidence and knowledge. She kept giving me free samples and complimentary products. And THEN I came a SECOND time...And it was even better than the first! Welcoming budtenders, and a vendor was there giving out free samples! THE STAFF MAKES THE DIFFERENCE! The bar has been raised pretty high,, and this is going to be my dispensary of choice.

I have been searching in vain for a dispensary that comes close to the ones I am used to in Arizona. It has not been easy, but I finally found one. They are legit, clean and they have all the lights on! My bud tender was the best. My only regret is that I didn't ask for him to repeat his name so I can include his praise in my review. Incredibly knowledgeable in flower as well as edibles. Very impressesive. Have already called 2 friends and can't wait to come back. Please stay open and legit!!

I have been a member for a while now. The first time I went was because they carried Granddaddy purple one of my favorite strains. Since them they haven’t carried. So my request please bring it back. However that said they are top notch in my book. The budtenders are very helpful and professional. By far this has been the best place to purchase my Medical Cannabis. I will be coming back for sure!
