Farmacy - Santa Ana

i bought an oil pen. and my cartridge was not compatible with the battery they sold me; the ppl have zero knowledge on products. extremely bad experience. be careful asking questions to the bud tenders. they know nothing!!!!!

Customer service has gone completely downhill. And used to love this store. Prices are high, bud tenders don't seem to know their product or have the will to help medical patients anymore. If your coming in for something other than flower, don't bother. I will not be back after my last visit.

Easy and fast. Plenty of product to choose from. A beautiful store to browse.

If you are looking for a pot shop that feels retail this is your dream place..great smoke and bud tenders that are happy to see you and are beyond knowledgeable...David is one of those tenders...friendly and smart he rocks....love this place

First off let me say hats off to Scott and his positive attitude and informative perspective. He actually knew his stuff which is a rarity but a relief to see. I felt very comfortable with all aspects of this establishment and it's processes. Other places should use this place as a staple to build off of. Look forward to going back!!

This was my first visit to a dispensary, ever. My consultant made me feel welcome and at ease, was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure me at all. The FTP BOGO deal netted me a free 1/8. Excellent service.

By far the best dispensary in OC. This gorgeous place is chic and luxe with high quality options. Ask for Daniel, he is the best! He's so knowledgeable and really took the time to guide me through the products to find what I was looking for. Beautiful branding in this space, I can really appreciate the attention to detail Bud & Bloom put into their business.

I was in the area so I stopped by to pick up a few edibles. This is now my favorite dispensary! The staff are all awesome. The prices are very reasonable (less expensive than several other places I've been). The variety of stock is amazing and the FTP specials ROCK! I couldn't be happier with my experience.
