Loyal customer for good reason.. Budtenders are always helpful and friendly here. Good prices and high quality product. Today I was helped by Brenda, who showed me both the product I asked for and another similar product (great deal) based on what my priorities were. She and others have always gone above and beyond to make sure customers are warmly welcomed and thoroughly helped. Love this place!

This is a very nice dispensary. Justin was the one who had helped me out and he was super helpful. I highly recommend this place.

The staff are great and knowledgeable. I’ve been shopping here for months and have had a few issues with expiration dates. I did an online order pickup and was sold some pain salve that was manufactured in January 2021 and has an expiration of January 2022 which was less that 30 days from expiration when I purchased it. I don’t usually see this item on the menu either. When I sent an email to inquire if I could exchange it given the circumstances I never received a response. Check ALL dates on ALL products. I have been sold some pretty old flower too in the past. I hate having to look at expiration dates because the retailer just wants to make a buck. I wish there was a dispensary out there with higher standards for their customers.

Always love coming here when I need to pick up. The staff is always so nice and helpful when asking about new products. Very welcoming atmosphere, my favorite shop by far.

I am a regular. I love this place for real. Lately though I've been buying disposable cartridges. On the website a cartridge will be listed as 95% thc but when I get it and look at it it only says 88% thc. This is a huge difference to me, and idk how they could mistake the numbers. I have a high tolerance and like stronger cartridges. This is the 2nd time I got one and the percentage on the website was advertised as being higher. At this point I have to start asking to see the product before I buy or I'm just not getting what I want. Kinda sucky.

I usually don't come to captain jacks that often. But when I do, the price is right and the people are always genuinely nice and knowledgeable.

The staff ate immensely friendly and helpful. I enjoy coming here and there is a implied camaraderie which I appreciate. I have and will continue to recommend Captain Jack's as THE place to go!

I got a free gift for being a first time customer yesterday and I am here to tell you even I was surprised at how potent it was. The staff is not just knowledgeable, they're patient, non judgemental, and care that you leave happy..oh and in all of my dispensary experiences I've never been told if any of my product isn't working I can bring it back within 2 weeks time, unheard of !!!

I always have a great experience at Captain Jacks. They have a huge variety of products and low prices. Online ordering is easy and I never have to wait more than a few minutes to pick up my order. The people are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Today I was helped by Yellow who let me know about an upcoming birthday discount I wasn’t aware of. Thank you guys so much! Today is my 21st birthday so I was a little nervous about going to a dispensary for the first time but they made everything so easy! The staff was very sweet, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely be going back!!!

One of the best place I have ever been to. Staff are polite and friendly, Stevi in particular is an absolute joy to talk to, selection is solid even with COVID effecting stock, and everyone there is just very chill. Would recommend for first timers or for regular users

Security n parking lot vibe are so cool, front desk is quick an easy, hadn't done a review here i about a year so she had to update my info n didn't take even a minute. before i put my id away security had a smile so big i could see it theu the mask, directed me to the pick up spot and was greeted enthusiastically with more hidden smiles haha… a quick review, a congrats on selection, AND cart gurantee? If i had back all the sad carts that i reviewed from other dispensaries further away, back, that actually werent cracked, possibly fake, and dying disposables… id spend 20% of it alone HERE AT JACKS!!! Theres a lot of other dispensaries i really love, but locally and historically Jacks has been putti g it down with world class service, the people that are the face and the vendors and products they secure with enough foresight to keep it coming with deals on things that u find and like and want more of… not many places have that.

Captain Jack's is one of the best dispensaries in the IE by far hands down. They have great quality products knowledgeable staff I've never been disappointed going here neither will you.

Ordering ahead save a lot of time, and helps you skip the walk-in line… I prefer to pickup from the bar area.

I've been coming to Captain Jack's since 2020, and while I've been to other dispensaries, I've never felt inclined to return to any except Jack's. I'm LGB(T), and they've been nothing but kind and supportive since day 1, the employees really are stars - I've never met such a happy group of people, and I always feel absolutely 100% welcome anytime I visit. On top of the vibe being pristine, the selection is excellent. I'll admit, I only use edibles and tinctures, so I can't really speak on their other products but the prices and selection is fantastic for me, and they're always running little deals. Anyway, I can't recommend them enough. If you're looking for a new go-to in the area, this is 100% it.
