Central Ave Compassionate Care (Medical Only)

I loved central ave! I don’t live super close but I stopped on my way somewhere last night and was so delighted with how great everyone there was. The service was outstanding I felt very taken care of and all of the staff seemed happy to be there and to help. I’ll definitely be making the trip to visit again!

CACC is my favorite dispensary! Their flower is great quality, never dry. The only thing I don't like about it is the prices. The price for flower is higher than most places but 5-10$ more is honestly worth it. I have severe insomnia and I've been searching months to find a strain that works for me and this dispensary has 2 amazing strains for people who have trouble sleeping; their very own Brownie Scout and Purple Urkle. The environment is very chilled and laid back, their system is to have patients wait in their sitting section which has plenty of comfy couches and chairs until your name is called, it's usually very quick with a max waiting time 10 minutes. Every staff member is extremely welcoming, friendly and has great knowledge about cannabis and how to meet each patient's specific needs. Overall, good vibes and quality products. Love this place!

The staff, as always, were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The Leafy order site is not user friendly and took me several tries to get my order placed.

I’ve tried several dispensaries all over MA but always end up coming back to Central Ave. The staff is incredible ...there’s always that family-like feel when I walk into the dispensary. One of my go-tos. Farm-to-table restaurant atmosphere. Staff is friendly and eager to help. Great CBD options if you're an MMJ patient. And CBD tincture in case you "green out". The honey sticks are awesome in a cup of chamomile tea before bed. One of the few dispos that carry Richard Simpson Oil. CACC seems to focus on providing MMJ patient therapeutic options. More strains of indica than other local dispos. I'm a concentrate guy so I haven't tried the flower. Not so great: dark chocolates taste tart and "weird". Not as good as GR. Tincture potency can be hit or miss.

Knowledgeable staff, everyone there is so helpful when you need it. Quality is number 1 in my book. Never been disappointed. A lot of great strains. Incredible store!!

High quality products, highly informative employees. However, the new Leafly system is difficult to navigate, slow, glitchy, and does not allow you to place orders for the next day.

Cute little shop; has Leafly pickup which makes it fast and convenient to swing by on my lunch break. Staff is always helpful and super friendly!

I live an hour and a half from this dispensary, but any time I find myself in the area I always make sure I carve out time to stop here and stock up. Excellent experience all around: welcoming atmosphere, helpful employees, and great selections. One of my favorite medical dispensaries in the state. Keep up the awesome job!!!

So long as Compassionate Care is standing I will never go ANYWHERE else! I've been a patient for almost 2 years and the care there is beyond compassionate. The employees are kind and very helpful as well as knowledgeable. From the security door to the cash register it's always a great experience. The service is very personal, the variety of medicine is vast and the atmosphere is friendl, calming and easygoing. 10 stars in my book!
