A bit disappointed that the selection here includes quite a bit less med selection than what's available at their rec shop, but the staff is friendly and I've always felt welcome.

This is my fav go to place. Always have what I’m looking for in high CBD ratios. Staff is beyond awesome- friendly, full of info. I personally beyond highly recommend CACCI

Great location, the last few times U have been in the associates haven’t known the products had well or any products. One guy told me “I’m waiting for my card to come in the mail.” Other than that most of them are will to look up the information, ask etc... I wish the prices on the pax vapes were a bit cheaper they are about $10-15 more than most dispensaries. Atmosphere is very laid back. Edibles are good variety

Everyone who works here is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. It's exactly the way a medical marijuana dispensary should be.

As a new patient, I've been visiting all my local dispensaries, looking for a home base. On the fifth try I finally found it at Central Ave. I felt comfortable from the minute I stepped up to the door and was greeted, and Jenna made it so easy to talk about what I needed and why. Plus they carry my all time favorite strain which no one else seems to have. The whole experience was a win for me, and even though it's further away from my house than others, Central Ave will be my place.

I really like the set up here in Ayer. One walks in the door and are greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The space itself is open and airy and has lovely overstuffed leather chairs for the patients to sit and peruse their menu. A staff person comes to you and takes your order and answers any questions you might have. The woman who came to take my order was very knowledgeable and helpful in recommending products to me. After taking my order, it took only a minute or two to make up my order. They called me up to the counter once my order was ready, I paid for my product and was on my way. Their product selection was quite good with a lot of different strains and kinds of product. They have the largest selection of PAX era pods I have found in a 30 mile radius. This is fast become my new favorite dispensary! This is my 3rd visit to Central Ave, but definitely not my last.

Very Efficient informative the atmosphere is really nice compared to other ones I’ve been to & the people here really know what they’re talking about. Definitely coming again.

Like always central ave is a great place and service I never have a problem

This is the closest dispensary to me. I wanted to love it but the reality is, I don’t even like it. Compared to the other dispensaries in the area, I find CACC to be totally lacking in warmth and friendliness ; the whole experience there feels very sterile and uptight. In additions, I find the way it is run to be incredibly time consuming and inefficient. You enter, show your id’s to get checked in and then go sit on a couch until someone approaches you to take your order. They then go around taking several other orders and you just sit and wait til they call you up to pay. It’s all business, which is fine, I guess. Last weekend I was there, I sat and waited, gave my order and sat and waited some more. A couple people were ahead of me and every time one of them was called, a gentleman (who came in after me) jumped up, approached the counter with “just a quick question” and proceeded to stand there and monopolize the two employees attention to discuss his weekend and smoking habits. Instead of handling this in a professional manner, they let the people who had already waited and waited wait some more, instead of telling this guy that he could ask all his “questions” when he was called. When he did this to me, I stood there - waiting - for five minutes until I caught one of their eyes (about 5 minutes) and said that I wasn’t able to wait any longer (I was at 45 minutes by this time). The girl rolled her eyes at me and finally asked him to step to the side so I could check out. The product is good, though the edible selection is sorely lacking but I’ll drive to Lowell every time after that debacle.

The vibe in this place is great. Everyone is quick with a hello and committed to making your experience a good one. It’s medical only so I don’t usually have to wait in line (I usually order online and pick up in the store) like I do at other nearby dispensaries.
