It’s close and they have daily specials. You do have to wait and variety is limited.

Pretty amazing overall prices, items, their personal experience the only thing I'd say is their displays need better pricing details some items aren't on the TV screen and it's somewhat annoying to look at what I want and assume the price

I recently decided to give cinder another try. It had been 3 years since I had been there last. My last visit 3 years ago was so bad I was done and wouldn't come back again, after horrible customer service for months. What did it for me was the friends of the employees walked in and went right to the front after there was a lot of us standing line for 20 minutes already. Anyways about a month and a half ago decided to try again and what a difference. I love the vibe now and the people I deal with are awesome like Jordan, Nate, Cam, Mitch, Mindy and Amanda, and the rest of the crew there. I am always greeted by big smiles and hellos. Handshakes, and daps, always have what I'm looking for or they will recommend something just as good or better. But I love you guys, and are doing an awesome job.
I’ve always been a fan of Cinder, all locations...but the addition of online ordering is the best! My order was ready approximately 15 minutes after I placed it, and I was able to skip the line that was about 10 people deep to pick it up! Great experience, I will be utilizing the online ordering process for sure!

Best customer service in the city, very knowledgable staff there to help point you in the right direction without being overly aggressive with their sells. Product was great for its price point.
Online order was ready in less than 5 minutes and out the door in 3.

Of all the disp. Ive been to (about 12), Cinder in the valley is the best. Their bud tenders are top notch and always willing to go the extra mile for me. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. In addition, the online ordering is AWESOME. Cinder in the valley is the only disp I use because of these things. THANK YOU Cinder!!!

I've been a long term customer of this chain and i cant keep coming back after my recent experience. Last night i was shopping in your dispensaries LONG UNMANAGED lines, NO distancing as required by law, and my budtender CAME OUT from behind the counter that separated us and had an awful cough and looked sick as hell. between that and the fact that every time i shop at one of your stores theres new employees and old ones missing i can tell this place doesnt care about their staff, or the health of this community. cinder is putting everyone at risk, profits over people. boycott at all costs.
I would like the menu updated more often.
