Cinder is hands down the best dispensary in Spokane. Great prices, great selection.
They offer top-shelf and quality budget items too.
The 25% off concentrates they run every Wednesday and Saturday makes this a dabbers delight, it's fantastic.
They also display the product on the floor so you can make your picks before standing in line. We know what we want so we hate going other places that only have time to show you a few items.
Oh, and they have the friendliest staff in town. This is huge and not many shops get it right. Keep it up you guys.
Absolutely love Cinder, no point going anywhere else.

This was my 1st, & it will be my last visit.
I called before driving across town to Spokane Valley Cinder to confirm that they had the product that I wanted. The tender who answered the phone said that they had several packets.
When I arrived the 1st person that I encountered said that the computer showed that they had 3 packets left, but he was unable to find them.
He was quick to try to sell me to something else, that he claimed is nearly identical to what I had requested. (Having been a cultivator for more than 55 years, I knew he was mistaken on that).
He, and another tender then fumbled around pretending to search for more than 20 minutes before advising me that they had somehow definitely lost the 1/2 oz. packets of the leaf that I came for...............Are you kidding me?
I left without purchasing anything, but with a certainty that I will never return.

I've been a repeat customer to the valley location for about half a year now and won't go anywhere else. Their hours are great, and the staff is always kind/helpful. I trust their suggestions as the budtenders seem to know their product better than other places I've been. I highly suggest checking them out if you haven't already.

I've been a frequent customer at Cinder, I've been in about 15-20 times buying vape cartridges. I always bought the same brand, Nuvape, and enjoyed it being a good product at a fair price. I bought one yesterday 9/25/17 and had an issue with it, no problem they have a return policy for these, so I go in and talk with the manager and she exchanged the cartridge for another and I headed home. Get home and realize the replacement cartridge had the exact same issue. I turn around and I'm back at cinder for the third time in less than 2 hours. I talk with the manager again and tell her they must of got a bad batch of cartridges, she says no it was my because the battery i had was too powerful and I must've melted everything and caused the issue. I informed her that I had bought this product dozens of times with no issues. She says I just got lucky this didn't happen earlier, but she would exchange for a different product if I payed the difference in price, recommended a different product and informed me she need another $3. I find it absolutely absurd that a store that does that kind of volume couldn't eat $3, in the name of good customer service after selling me multiple bad products and wasting my time and fuel for multiple trips back into the store, and then blame me instead of the product. So unfortunately I wont be shopping here again as there are many options to choose from, and I will go out of my way to feel as if I am appreciated as a customer.
TLDR: Sold me 2 broken vape cartridges, blamed me, made me pay a $3 difference to get a product that actually works after wasting my time and fuel for multiple trips to the store. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best location since I moved from California. been to others but they misinform on the strain, this shop will exceed your expectations and will deliver a punch of fantastic quality service along with the quality buds! concentrate is my game, and they slay. highly recommend, both jessies at this location are fantastic influences and very knowledgeable in the field. Will never be a traitor!

Had an awesome budtender named kelsey help me today. They ran all over for me showing me what was in and helping me find the right thing! I prefer cartidges and bho/rso, and i got what i needed;plus learned a little on the way. Obviously the other budtenders are pretty cool, but i wanna make a special shout out to kelsey for being patient and helpful!
The products are the same as anywhere, but the prices are great(their sales are legit!)
The store is a tad small for how crowded it can get, but other wise clean and seemingly well maintained.

First off, I know what I'm doing, as a patient, a writer of cannabis articles and as a former "farmer" BUT I didn't tell Mitch that. I let him give me the rundown, the highs, the lows and although I only bought two infused joints, this kid really showed me the love! Five huge stars, young buck 👉

Was in the group of first 20 people that came in on 4/20. Had waited outside for about 30 minutes, get in, get a mani for the deals of that day, ask about some 'pure' indicas on the menu and get told about some "good" ones on their deal menu, comes to find out the 'knowledgeable' bud-tender sold me some harvested last year, dry, sativa. Maybe the menu itself should say what each one is and not just have the bud-tenders be the only source. I've had much better luck at the other cinder locations. It feels a little petty but I wanted to enjoy my 420 with good bud and not stuff I did not want to pay for.

My fiancé & I have shopped at every dispensary that is located in Spokane Valley and Cinder takes the cake! We shop at this location on a weekly basis; usually 3-5 times a week.
Not only do they have a fantastic selection of high quality products at amazing prices; they are staffed with VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE budtenders. On our most recent visit, JULES, went above & beyond as she always does to make sure we left with the products that are right for us. :-)
We appreciate how the staff continuously share their knowledge and provide top notch customer service. A big THANK YOU to the entire staff, you guys rock!

shop was clean and staff was nice. been there 2 times both time the prices on here are not even close to the prices at the shop. the shatter i wanted said 30 on here but price at the shop was 42. told the staff that and they didnt even care. will not go back because of this.
