The worst place. I bought an orchid cartridge, they told me to hold on to receipt if it doesn’t work. I got home and couldn’t get it to work so I brought it back the next day. They wouldn’t take it back!! and showed me their small sign, no returns or exchanges. I was upset. They wouldn’t budge and told me they would loose their license if they took it back. I knew this was not the case. They were so bad, they didn’t even have the battery that went with it. Finally a woman appeared, there wa only dudes in the dispensary up until then. She was helpful and found a battery that would work. End of story the cartridge leaks and I will never shop there, and no one else should. Worst customer service ever. Traumatized.

I like their daily deals. I love the budtenders- my interactions with them always feels authentic. Most importantly they're cheap. They sell OM extracts FECO oil and sometimes even have it in a 1:1 and they sell it for the cheapest around.

I have gone to dispensaries in Colorado, California, Washington, and all over Oregon and I can attest with 100% certainty that Higher Ground is THAT bitch. Certified dank, fresh, affordable marijuana that actually gets you high. Sure, you might get shake with their lower tier strains but at LEAST it’ll get you and ur homies high. Mostly laid back people. Online menu isn't a good reflection of actual stock. Call ahead before you make the drive if looking for something specific.

Knowledgable, amiable, sharp budtenders here and at their associated outlet in Goshen. I'm a medical grower so I know my flower and this crew has never steered me wrong. I always ask a couple of them what they recommend and why, as the flower menu can change daily at times. I've learned more about concentrates, tinctures, etc from them than most other local dispensaries. There's only two others of the couple dozen I've been to in Eugene/Springfield that I trust as much. And none of the others have matched some of the deals I've gotten on their different deal days. A lot of their mid-grade discounted flower has been excellent. There's a couple of vape oil brands they carry that are also top notch. And nobody, budtenders or managers, has ever delivered average customer service. They go well above and beyond. I wrote this because I've been so impressed the past 4 months. I haven't written another dispensary review but these folks really earned it. Best In Eugene, in my book.

Nice little shop with a huge selection, usually only get flower and have a better selection and much better prices than disperceries I've been to in the area. would recommend

I visited higher grounds a couple weeks before Christmas to make some pretty big purchases. My friends get GREAT gifts! The bugs him there was a very soft spoken young man with a big brown beard and lovely blue eyes. He patiently waiting on me for at least 30 minutes, while I selected this and that from a long list I made from their Leafly menu. Some of what I wanted wasn’t in stock, he helped me choose alternate products. And he even went into the back to dig something up for me. Also, unbeknownst to me, I went into the front shop, but they told me they have a second bigger shop towards the back. What? I’m planning on visiting again and checking out the other side. A+ all the way.

I am huge on reviews, if your exceptional I'll give you one. If you an exceptional a****** I'll definitely give you one. With that being said. I'm not a big cannabis person. We came to a agreement when i was young. I don't know how to appreciate cannabis so it decided to make me vomit. But due to some ailements i was lead to CBD. This establishment was so friendly and helpful. The staff have always been knowledgeable with a smile or laughter. They are my go to now. I'd recommend them to anyone.
