I am writing a second review to update on the first review (feel free to take down the original review.) I had an issue with an advertised price that wasn't honored by the staff when I went in. HOWEVER, since then I have received a personal email from the owner Elijah and he has more than made good for this gaff. I am truly appreciative of an owner like that who truly cares about his customers and takes the time out of his busy schedule to personally email me and correct the situation. Elijah is top notch and should be an example that every dispensary owner should try to strive for! Much love and you have a loyal customer for life.

This place has KILLER deals on amazing cartridges! Went on a monday when they were 23% off of normal price and i got a ~90% THC cart cart for less than 30 bucks, cant beat that!

Awful location, no organization and false premise advertising. No $20 ounces and some shill trying to upsell that advertisement to double the price, hoping to tell me my confusion was in the state tax realm, and not because they advertise $20 ounces but their cheapest base price was $40 before tax... not confusing; pure scamming. With all of the actual bargains around town, maybe this place is actually the low-end of what could be the “higher ground”. They’re theoretically a step up from the sub-basement, if that’s “higher” for you....?

Friendly staff and they know what they’re talking about... no bs, in and out if you have in mind what you need as well! The only reason service gets 4 stars is because I have waited before but I don’t mind waiting in such a chill dispensary.

I enjoyed how the customers and staff were all so diverse and blended into a really relaxed atmosphere. I had fun asking questions and felt welcome. Scored some baddass flowers and oils and have no doubt this is the place where i want everybody to know my name. Thanks Katy and gang !

Conveniently located downtown … lobby is a bit undersized but the product, selection and the knowledgeable staff are 1st rate. Super place with most excellent everyday prices and deals. Check ‘em out!

I give some very straightforward reviews and When it comes to Higher Ground they are HANDS DOWN the BEST shop in town. From management to budtender or shatter to flower Everything is just a little better here! The prices are great and the way your treated even better. Small shop, nice people, easygoing, no bs

Higher Ground and their sister shop Green Therapy in Goshen always have the very best selection of extremely great Flower at low prices. They even had some 18% Willie's Wonder for $33 per ounce out the door. Today I paid $63 for an ounce of 24.3% Sunset Sherbert and the Budtender painstakingly manicured the product to pull out even the smallest excess stem. If you like cartridges...try a Select Elite...wait for the discount day and it is cheapest anywhere. Of course..if you like higher end product they definitely have an exceptional collection. My opinion is the person who is in charge of product selection has a keen sense of market needs and desires.

The prices listed aren't true, I asked when I went in and they said the cheapest stuff they're going to get in is going to be at least 30 dollars an ounce. This speaks really poorly about their business, because it means that either 1.) The employees who have access to this are so inept they don't know what the stuff they're selling is priced, or 2.) They are willfilly deceiving people with false prices as an attempt to boost business in an over saturated market.

If you live in the Eugene area then Higher Ground is a MUST. Not only do they have cheap, quality product, but their service is great. I have never been disappointed. Like I said if you live in Eugene TAKE ADVANTAGE of their delivery service. No delivery charge and no minimum (just have exact change). Thank you Higher Ground team, keep up the great work!

This is by far the best dispensary I've ever been to, I've never had a bad experience and they literally have the best flower prices. The best prices all around actually, and they don't sell you old stale weed. Most things are pretty recent and even if you get a strain from last season it's still crazy sticky. I don't see how anybody can leave them unsatisfied.
