Place an online order and it’s been taking 2 hours or more for them to get it ready. That’s a little outrageous.

Fun decor, nice people, nice prices, sweet bud.

I drive 25 mins to this dispensary. I always place an online order thinking it would make a difference. When I arrive I am told that the flower I ordered wasn’t in the sale anymore and I had to pay the full price. I feel as though when placing an online order it says you order has been placed and ready for pick up only to be told they won’t honor the price online and the sale ended. It shouldn’t be the customers issue if online says one thing and then you drive only to be told your items aren’t available even after receiving a text. Management doesn’t seem to care! Update your site if product isn’t available. Good customer service however unacceptable to have online ordering getting a text your order is ready but then driving to be told you no longer have your order available and to pick another flower.

I ordered an ounce of Goddess for $100. My order was confirmed, I drove 20 mins to get there, after waiting in line for 20 mins i was told Goddess is sold out. I ordered it hours ago, and they just sold out, but thats my problem now pick something we do have in stock. This weed shop needs to get it together, they prob had my order the worker barely even looked.

Very crowded and busy. Poorly designed website. My online order was not/could not be filled, apparently because it exceeded the daily quantity limit, but neither the website nor any person thought to bother to tell me that. Gummies I bought were priced absurdly low, apparently because they're almost a year old and about to reach their expiration date.

Advertising the wrong company on Cannabis. Went to order Lemon Cherry Galato by another company and was given same product with different company name(LIT). Do not like product listed with LIT. It seems LIT comes under different names.

I grabbed a staff pick strain and it was dry, hard, and not at all what I thought the strain would be. The strain was supposed to “mile 62 motorbreath #15” and the look and smell is nothing even close to a motorbreath. It’s a brownish green and orange and smells like old ketchup that’s been left out. Motor breath is supposed to be a gassy/fuel smell with some hints of fruity and this flower is not even remotely close to what I was looking for or what was described. I will not be returning to this dispensary.

This is easily the worst flower I have ever purchased from a dispensary. It’s drier than dust, and even my wife said it sucked. She’s nowhere close to knowing terpenes or any of that, she hits a joint twice and goes to sleep. But this…she said was garbage. Also the atmosphere was awful. A junk shelf for decor…old collectibles that don’t match. This was the ugliest and laziest looking dispensary I’ve ever been in. I will absolutely not be back unless they offer refunds. This experience was entirely ridiculous.

Dee is my fav budtender! She always knows the menu and is super helpful on maximizing my dollar! I literally let people cut me in line if i can wait for her to serve me!! Ask for Dee yall & stay high 😉

why have a preorder option if i cant skip a line and i still have to wait for others who are selecting their products. Also my products that were ordered four hours in advance still had to be put together when i arrived, a way to fix that is SET ASIDE PREORDERS.

The menu on their website is never correct. It’s not even worth pre ordering because they never actually have what’s on the website. And what they do have when you go into store isn’t on the website. It sucks because I live in another city so I’m never sure what I’m gonna get

Placed an online order waited about 5 hours with no message saying it was being prepared or never ready, ending up going there to find out my online order was never prepared and didn’t have what I ordered such a waste of time oh and the flower that I did choose was horrible smells like someone grew this for the first time in there life definitely not dispensary quality you can get better off the streets it’s ridiculous, never going there again. Also if you place a online order you’re standing in line with walk in customers so there’s no point of using the online system nobody updates the inventory nor prepares your order so that a walk in customer doesn’t buy what you already ordered.

They have the worst quality of weed I’ve smoked in a while. All that Rocket science weed they have is he worst brand I’ve ever smoked. And they know I ta bad and they still sell it. They’re about a profit not product.

Terrible experience, there is no online order line separating the in store shoppers making people pile up in a long line and slow down the time it takes to receive the product you want. The bud tenders don’t even know if you have an online order once at the counter . Ridiculous. I’ve been here multiple times and yet it takes 30 minutes for me to receive my product

Love this place but sun of their bud is way to expensive for the quality an in sick of getting ground cuz y’all refuse to drop the prices of bud a bit

Not my first time probably my last. Asked for an ounce of bud that didnt lot have a citrus taste. and got a whole effing ounce of some citrus tasting bud . horrible . rocket science cultivators suck and they have tons of that trash . New Leaf is way better !!!

I been waiting over twelve hours for a confirmation my online order is ready and they are now closed This happens often Don’t take online orders if you don’t want to fulfill them I’m a a good customer but maybe I should go elsewhere
