Budtender DeShawn was very helpful (*picked biggest buds of flower in prepacks at my request), and Taylor at the door was cool too. However... What's up with the Drip AK-47 half gram cart ??!?! Is it a COUNTERFEIT ???!?! I called to get a refund or exchange later that eve... 5 puffs and nothing. Zero. Tastes gross too... What's up guys ?? Check on it.

So glad I read the reviews today! Curaleaf Bell used to be the closest dispo for this patient, but now there are 2 others! Curaleaf is here for the monies! Cutting patient 30% off without warning, thanks but no thanks. Med patience should be treated better!!! We need this to keep us going, Rec just wants to be high, I just want pain relief. But I can no longer afford it at Curaleaf. Maybe with these reviews Curaleaf will remember who got them started! Take care of your patience!!

Horrible customer service couldn't find my order hour after it was ready. Told me it was canceled but it wasn't until they closed. Refused to listen to what I wanted.

So today I went in and number 1 I asked the security guard which line was medical and which is Rec he turned around and almost smacked me. As a person with PTSD and comes in for medicine for my anxiety I almost passed out on top of that in line a very very intoxicated person kept coming up behind me and getting very close to me 2 separate times. And after all that I get up to the counter and medical patients no longer have recreational prices! What’s the point of having a medical card when you have to pay the same price as everyone else??? Skipping the line???? That’s bullshit plus the text deals go for recreational and medical!!! I don’t understand why???

They were quick to walk up to me by my car to tell me to put on a mask but when I get inside to the preorder window there's no one there everyone's busy not doing their job and too busy socializing with each other

Budtenders are rude and rush you through your transaction. The whole process from start to finish was uncomfortable. very sterile environment

This is a great place I've been going there for about 6 years or more. Everyone knows me and always take good care of me even the new budtenders. I go very often too and have brought them at least 10 friends of mine. Love them all

Price at checkout was not price in line. My points were said to be applied but it wasnt but points are now gone. Super frustrating

I've been here a couple of times for a certain product from Ilava they had here and picked up some extra stuff while I was in. Kinda makes me sad that the 20% for med patients is gone so I won't make the drive here anymore because there are better deals around. Because I'm med I was able to skip the line which is cool because they are kind of busy. In and out and good budtenders.

Bell rd is absolutely the BEST location! FAST KNOWLEDGEABLE about my med needs and mostly FRIENDLY budtenders! Great product and variety!
