Curaleaf is NOT one of them . Try mint on bell just down the road great deals and honest friendly employees . You won’t regret it.

Gia was so awesome, her service was outstanding. She helped me choose wisely off my smoking habits and was so very nice. She really made my day and happy to come, that’s what real customer service is about. Hands down the best experience I’ve had coming to this location!

I ordered online thinking it would be faster. After one hour I called and asked for an update, the gentleman said it would be about twenty more minutes. I waited and decided to just drive there. I went in and got what I wanted instantly with no wait. Online orders are a joke if it remains like this. How hard is it to put four cart boxes in a bag for an online order. I am unsure if I will trust their online ordering any longer as this has not been the first time. Kinda sad.

I want to thank Curaleaf Bell Rd for cancelling my order while i was halfway there. Walking btw. No idea why it got canceled but it did. Not impressed AT ALL!!!!!

I ordered on my lunch and needed to get back to work. The staff was so helpful in getting my order prepped and ready, which it was not. I explained to the lady upfront and she got my order, pulled me out of line and I was at the window paying. Thank u management

I will never shop at this den of thieves again. I wish I cold give them zeros. They were advertising a 33% thc indica. 90$ for 28 grams. It was a bait and switch. I drove over 20 miles for that deal. When I was about to purchase I found out they lied. They tried to rip me off and shove it in the bag without me noticing. 16%, not 33% as advertised. I think they owe me a 33% indica for $90, as that was what was advertised price was. But I'm pretty sure they don't care about their customers and and probably did this themselves and so, have no interest in doing the right thing.

They have no shame in presentation the lobby was filthy extra trash bags sitting on the floor next to the trash can. There's 2 windows for preorders only one is open the other one has a pile of junk in front of it should have known walking in after seeing that it was going to be a bad experience. It shouldn't take 20+ minutes for a preorder also the only curaleaf I've had issues with redeeming rewards points on there website it doesn't mention anything about a minimum purchase to redeem your points this dispensary is trash. Plenty of other dispos in AZ that would like the money maybe if curaleaf wasn't such a big corporation with investors to please they would be better off.

This place is full of bad vibes. The service is the absolute worst. I've been here a handful of times as it's within a mile from home. The last few purchases I've made were downright false advertising. $56 dollar half ounce ready for pickup came out to $105. They said sorry but it is what it is. Well $105 isn't close to $56. I've got my Leafly app open pointing at the;" order ready for pickup" and $56 plus tax total. It's $105 out the door. They play games with the pre order as well. Instead of letting you know the item is out of stock, they'll have you believe it's taking extra long time. Not convenient in my scenario, I had multiple orders and had to wait in the long line for the tender to grab my pre order and inform me the other half I'm waiting for is out of stock. just like the last time I came here. I typically leave feeling disgruntled and hope someone buys out this trash dispensary one day.

I want to thank Rocky for her patience with me. I have a medical condition and she made me feel comfortable enough to discuss with her and to recommend flower. She was right!!

Decent shop and product but never seems to be staffed on busy times. Online orders shouldn’t take over 3 hours. Budtenders are nice minus the one who came back from a long lunch freshly baked and stunk up store more than normal. Staff better on sale days or Fridays.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in a dispensary. If I could give 0 stars to absolutely everything please do so. No structure here what so ever I stood in one line for a hour just to be brought inside to another line inside the building to wait another 30 minutes just to stand in another line absolutely garbage. Neither employee nor security had a clue how to keep the flow of traffic moving just chaos the entire time.

I like this dispo. It has a good set up and location. Some areas of improvement suggestions are: make the jeeters full joints and don't be that guy. Also, more deals for the medical patients-- like being able to stack discounts. J/S

Placed an online order that took over 3 hours to let me know it was ready....then get to the window the order I placed wasn't the one on sale.... working in a dispensary I know that Leafly allows budtenders to reach out to patients to let them know their order is not correct or issues with the order which never happened....got taken to the back to fix the issue but did not get the product I wanted
