Curaleaf - Bell Rd.

This is quickly becoming my go to dispensary! Which makes me Very happy as it is so close to home. I have a fav bud tender ( Kate ). She is fantabulous!!! Always great advice, always great weed. I love online ordering, however I usually pre-order then go on inside to get more, as I can never keep up with the New stuff. So far Kate ( & fellow staff ) have not steered me wrong. GO - BUY - ENJOY.

I placed an order online for 3 items. All the same product/brand. Deal they had was 20% off all regular items for medical patients. I go to pick up to be told that they won’t apply it to the third item even though online says that and they applied it to the other 2 items(again same product and all.) I call to speak with a manager and left my info. No call back. Call again and just keep being told they are with someone and they will call back. Apparently Curaleaf wants to rip medical patients off, and not return calls. Very bad business. I’ve already reported to BBB and the corporate office. Will not ever shop here again.

This dispensary chain has lost my & my sister's business for good. Absolutely appalled at the atrocious lack of customer service (and seemingly, a failure to adequately plan/organize for the start of recreational). I arrived Fri & 7:45pm to pick up my online order (I have med card) to find a long SINGLE FILE line wrapped around the building, there was no separate line for medical patients nor for people who had already placed their order online. It was physically very difficult for me to have to stand for so long, especially in the cold weather. It was just plain wrong. Earlier that same day my sister was at 2 other competing dispensaries nearby & BOTH of those companies has separate lines & priority processing for medical patients. The cherry on top was when the budtender wouldn't give me the $10 credit I had on my account (from 2 weeks ago) because they got a "new system" & any account credits didn't roll over. We all learn in kindergarten that actions speak louder than words, and Curaleaf's actions tell me they have zero regard for, or loyalty to, the customers (med cardholders) who've been their sole source of revenue until now.

Came in for one items and budtender convinced me to get the popcorn version due to saving money. This stain is ass, I wasted $47.00

I’ve been a long time Curaleaf medicinal patient. The quality of the product for the price is the best in town. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and not acting like they hate their jobs. I could get caught up just talking shop with the staff any day. Great Job you guys. I’ll always be back.

The lady was really nice and knowledgeable.

I have never come to this dispensary without their being a problem. This time they couldn’t sell me the strain on sale for $65 because it was in 1/8th jars instead of mylar bags. They also overcharged me by $10 for the edibles on sale and couldn’t figure out how to correct it. It’s wild because I never have an issue at any other Curaleaf location.

They keep the same help that says something about a company or a business they're usually for the most part fast throw and still helpful at the same time

These folks are awesome! Been here many times before. Ordered outstanding 420 flower deals online. Received "Ready for Pickup" within 1 hour, was expedited through the line as a pre-order, received top-notch customer service - place was fully staffed with hard working folks, quality flower with the best 420 prices in Phoenix. Thank you Curaleaf - Bell Rd for an amazing 420 day! Woohoo!

They pretty much always have a deal going and a variety of flower to choose from. Multiple locations around the valley are convenient as well.

Great dispensary

Simply put... bait and switch. They will get you once but aint coming back. Pricing is simple I see a price I just want to pay that or have it honored. But they won't honor their own error or poor strategies since they don't want to pay leafly. Like a million dollar plus dispensary chain can't afford it? Please take yourself off leafly.com and stick to your own site since that was the suggestion your staff gave.
