Quick, easy system

Ordered online in the morning to ensure certain product was saved and enabled to be picked up after work. I went to pick up the medication only to find out they substitute with whatever strain they felt I would like. I was never notified or suggested the new strains, just put into my bag as if I agreed to it. The night supervisor understood my issue regarding the random substitution of medication. Offered a free premium. I declined and just ordered an 8th. Where another employee tried to defend the actions saying this was what they normally did and it wasn't a big deal, an all indication and sativa are the same. I laughed at him. Purchased jack instead of the large online order and I will highly be considering lodging a complaint with the medical marijuana board regarding the substitution of medication without patient consent or inform. Highly disappointed with the other employee's lack of knowledge or seriousness of giving the incorrect medication. I have a feeling this is an issue with management down.

Wait times at this place make no sense. Seriously what are you guys doing behind the counter? My transaction took literally 1min. So why am I waiting an HOUR in a line that's only 10 people deep? Do you guys need a break after each customer or what cause I can't wrap my head around how slow you are. Maybe don't get high at work idk

I loved my bud tender and how patient he was with me during my transaction... I was a lil “ummm-brained” at the time and he was STILL able to help me find what I was looking for without knowing at first that’s what I would even want.

I called before going to this dispensary for the first time and the man that answered the phone was very unprofessional and very rude I would not recommend this dispensary to anybody based on how he is treating customers the manager needs to have a talk with staff on how to talk to your customers and voice tone and you also need to appreciate your customers because without your customers you get no business and with no business you get no checks for your pay. I felt very unwelcomed and uneasy talking with this man and made me not want to go to this dispensary and check this dispensary out because I don't want to be treated like that and Word of Mouth travels with customers because when customers are in line they compare other dispensaries and give each other recommendations and talk about their experiences with each other and that was not a good experience of how that man made me feel or the way he was talking to me.

The product here is very good and the bud tenders help with any questions you have

I didn't like that I put an order in online prior to going there but when I checked in at the door after they texted it was ready I still had to wait another 45 minutes to pick it up.
