I really enjoyed our conversation and I believe that you are going to make a great manager in the near future ( if that’s what you want) You have restored my faith in this dispensary! You’re were gracious when I was criticizing your call center and the procedures they must read from a Script. It would do the corporate offices some good if they would rework the call center call back, that was what made me the most annoyed! I became very upset after my last two calls which I thought was going to the actual location but I was actually going to a call center Which treated me like I was nobody nobody at all. It was very very frustrated. I think corporate needs to rethink this call-center and the way they do their callbacks

So I went in because I saw Curaleaf had Abundant Organics at 35. I like AO it's normally 38-43ish, so 35 isn't a huge discount but it was enough to get me to stop in on my way home from the store. I thought sweet I'll score a quad have a nice week for not a lot of cash. Get home look at the Jenny Kush and there is a bunch of shake at the bottom of the jar. SHAKE. I expect better, we should all expect better. I reached out to them via the website, but my guess is I won't get a response. If I do get one it'll probably be for some kind of points and not an actual replacement. I don't actually know what to expect from Cura this was my first trip. If they don't fix it I'll make it my last trip. Tender at the pick-up counter was super fast, friendly, and got me out the door quickly. I gave the atmosphere four stars because I never saw anything but a grey hallway. Awesome parking though!

So happy I moved to this side of town! The staff at this Curaleaf are the kindest and coolest of any dispensary I've ever been to. Keep up the great work, and I'll be seeing you a lot in the future!

I Love this place, always great service and very nice people.

It’s supposed to be “medical patient appreciation week” & they are prioritize rec over patients on all ends. My presence as a medical patient felt like someone wiping dog poop off their shoe. Their security guard told me that he wasn’t going to let me in next time without an online order. Then you need to limit your number of rec a day, not your loyal medical patients. Every online order I have done has had an issue or they run out of product and don’t notify me until I call even if they claim to have a new system. It is not reliable like picking up my product. My tender was great, never any problems with them for the past couple years I’ve been going there but they only care about the money, not their patients now. I recommend if you are a med patient to find a patient only dispensary where you will be treated with at least some common respect.
