The budtender took his time to explain everything to me, making it a very easy, exciting, and fun first-ever dispensary experience. The flower is dank, and the savory and sweet pretzels were to DIE FOR!

Swell is one of the better dispensaries on this side of town. After only going to yilo for a year it's hard to find reasonably priced flower in Phoenix. Be diligent on your 3 visit discounts (yes you get discounts your first three visits!) because I only got a discount my first visit. for the most part you can always find a deal that works for you. If not, 20 dollar pre roll packs cant do you wrong. Sign up for text alerts, don't use the ATM for account balances (your bank gets charged if its BofA) and have a swell time!

I don't know what happened over the past 6 months, but the last 3 times I've been to swell camelback I've had a bad experience. Front desk ranges from marginally polite to down right rude, there's a new batch of budtenders that are downright awful, they brush you off (even when you're the only customer in the place). Ask questions about the products and they give canned answers: "everything is good" or "I don't know". They're inexperienced, poorly trained, couldn't tell you the difference between one strain to the next... Let alone cannabinoid specifics or god help them, cannabinoid / turpene nuances. Swell used to be my first choice, but after 3 really bad experiences, never again. I used spend my full 2.5 oz there every couple weeks and my last and final visit: I call the front desk to ask when my limit resets. The guy yells at me (literally) and says "ask the budtender when you come in". I had in fact asked the budtender how much weight I had left on my previous visit and she couldn't figure it out or just didn't want to go to the trouble of doing basic math. The cannabis community in phoenix is not that big, & word of mouth is huge. Hope they get their issues worked out, whatever they may be.

Grabbed the Baseline OZ for $111 was small nuggets but great quality and will deff be back for more!!! Was kind of upset that i missed 2nd and 3rd time specials . Make sure you ask your bud tender!!

The camelback is always awesome as being on cloud 9 the budtenders are awesome. Josh is always the coolist. Can be funny at times and at times funny jokes are needed. The flower is swell.

Definitely will not be getting my service again. no customer service. and no where on the website or posted in the store children not allowed to wait in the lobby or during express orders. first time visit since Curaleaf opened
