Curaleaf - Camelback Rd.

It's sad and frustrating these days to be a long time medical patient who places an online order. We get to stand in the heat while recreational customers, who are enjoying the benefits of the trail blazing medical patients and get in line after us, get ushered in more quickly. Guess the truth of the matter is that we are dealing storefront drug dealers, and it's about the cash, not service. If you're medical patient who places an online express order, don't expect any convenience. The only thing that keeps me returning are the location and medical discounts. It used to be an enjoyable experience to get your meds. No longer that way.

I’m a medical patient and I will not be returning to Curaleaf which sucks since I’ve been going to that location since it was “swell” back in the day. They do not treat medical patients well. I say this because they group ALL (both med and rec) together for online orders. So I was in a line with 12 other people in front of me, which 9 were recreational customers. I stood in the sun as a medical patient (with conditions obviously) for 40 mins for a “EXPRESS ORDER” nothing express about it! If your a med patient looking for a good experience-this isn’t it. You might as well be a rec customer-not patient in their eyes. They don’t care. Again, I don’t want to write this, it has been a “go to” for years. But I’m done.

Hello everyone! Today I went to Curaleaf on camelback for the 1st time and OOOooh boy, was I happy! :). I had order a bunch of bud at the time I pre-order and came to change my mind. I had an AMAZING person helping me out throughout the entire process. Its gets even better, I got 20% off Mid-Shelf and High-shelf bud! I took advantage of it and got (H) kush Mints #9 3.5g strain was hybird 50/50 and the TCH was 24.33%. I also got F-Mac 7 3.5g-H-PR and the TCH was 19.89%. And Finally, I got TOP KIEF (H) blend 1g and wow, that was like putting the cherry on top! Overall I spent less than hundred bucks and I got some bomb ass bud at a bomb ass price! Thank you, One Happy Patient :)

11/15, basically got robbed by Curaleaf. Placed a preorder for shatter and 500 mg carts. Was charged for 1000 mg carts, and when I addressed the issue was told there was nothing they could do except add points to my account. The manager told me it was my fault since I didn’t listen to the bud tender, but the bud tender only read me the flavors of the carts, not the size. Obviously the employee made a mistake and mistakes happen, but I feel as if the manager did not do enough to rectify the mistake that was solely the business fault. Also told me it was too late to do the return even though I didn’t even leave the building. Probably will be back to drain my loyalty points and then never again.

The online ordering is great. Sometimes I feel pressured to buy more or use my debit card so they can get a tip or just more money. That sucks ...but I guess it just a business . Good times

So today was my birthday and I thought why not go to multiple dispensaries and rate them on the pro's? I went to 12 locations and asked the same questions of each. CuraLeaf gave me a free 1 gram preroll with no sales pitch, just a Happy Birthday wish!Offers a 20% Vet discount but offers no referral incentive or 1st time customer spiff. Some other places do even less and if Im gonna spend money somewhere I appreciate not being treated like an income source only. CuraLeaf gets a C grade in my birthday experience, go there, spend your money there, but only on your birthday.

My order was wrong and I was over charged. I would love to see the bud tenders be more professional

I love this store. Prices are dealable and the stock....phew! Always grand! Never had an issue. Great people that work there!

Medical and on one gram of wax i get taxxed 6 dollars n change for tax SMH thats crazy nirvana only charges 2$ tax if u only buying one product lol u guys are taxing medical patients like recreational not good buisness!

If I could take this dispensary off the website I would. This place IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, SPACE, MONEY AND BREATE. The entire shop is ran by kids who gossip all day while customers wait for hours in their lines. The “Express Pick Up” is a joke. The window is all for looks as no one ever seems to be taking customers from the line. On top of their debit card readers always seem to be slow, broken or just not loading the AC in the lobby goes in or out. Maybe today there will be AC while I wait an hour for an “Express Pick Up” . I would rather go sober than shop with you again :)

Just so everyone knows the prerolls you buy from any Curaleaf are more stem than actual bud. We take all the keif and good stuff out in three sifting processes then all that’s left stems shit buds get super ground up. Oh we can still see stems? Grind it up some more. Now you guys are dropping 20% off medical? Such a Walmart company. They don’t care about their employees or customers. Go support local dispensaries that are actually having better deals now even when you guys were offering the 20%. Your employees have a holier than god complex

Love the fast paced flow. The only crappy thing is new people. They appear as though they haven't a clue on what to do. Yet it happens when you have new staff. Miss the old security though.

$65 silver tier oz, dispensary white label product changed packaging and can no longer be viewed before purchase. Now as a buyer I have no idea what the product looks like, and seller is not held accountable if product is subpar as their is no exchange/refund.

how are you going to have something bogo and not have any in stock at your locations?! this wasn't a problem of running out, your stores literally have no stock in the morning of something you put on sale. management really should plan better

Omg their preorder is terrible. Preorder all the time and when it takes to long I'll just make a order at midtown... Surprisingly it always comes thru before camelback.... Normally gets cancel if it takes to long so At camelback, I move to another location. Of course they go finish up the order 2 3 hours later.... Sorry already smoking lol keep it. Oh funny part , ive preorder waited 30mins to go stand in line and get my order before they say its done... Its even been sitting there before and comments were made. Oh well tho enough dispensaries around.

Very disappointed. I put in an online order at 6:30pm and it seems like they did not have enough time to fill the order because they cancelled my order at closing time. This has never been an issue before. I really hope they are doing all they can to prioritize medical patients now that it is recreationally legal.

Never coming back because sorry ain't good enough! I placed an online order for some type of express service only to get there and grateful dead at the door is letting all the walk in people go first! I speak to the manager and all he had to say was sorry, I will talk to the employee...I know what that means, absolutely nothing! Which is why when you do that type of ignorant stuff, compensation is in order! I am a medical patient and standing in one spot is hard and painful. So standing in line watching people go before me who walked in after is infuriating. The blessing is I wasn't completely out of meds or I might have lost my composure...it's a side effect of my condition that I treat with thc...and yall had me waiting. I wouldn't recommend yall to a slug! Yall are whack! I wish I could give you negative stars!

What happened to this place? The weed sucks now and it’s all popcorn no matter what tier you buy ? Should be labeled popcorn like it used to be and a fraction of the price. Your 1/8s used to be $18 now it’s damn near $40 for lesser quality.

I love the quick service and the good quality of flower I will recommend Curaleaf to all of my friends I’m pleased.

I’m a regular here. The deals bring me in but the staff and products keep me coming. From explaining products in detail to complimenting my outfit that day. The whole staff makes me feel apart of what they got going on. Even the newbies are full of energy n keep u comfortable. Thank u for making my neighborhood dispensary my favorite dispensary. Curaleaf is the shit!!!
