The BEST dispensary in illinois!! I go here very often and the service is beyond impeccable. The employees have great knowledge on all of the products to help you for any of your needs!

Greenhouse is great, and in particular the Deerfield location always has Incredibly helpful, and empathic staff. They’re always very knowledgeable, and have been so helpful and directing me towards what is most helpful for my needs and managing pain.

Very clean & comfortable store, all the people are knowledgeable and ready to help, also they maintain a large variety of products for what ever your needs may be.

Before COVID, I loved going into the store and having the chance to look around before being called in. Once you got inside to order, staff was lovely and helpful. Always a pleasure! Due to COVID, Greenhouse has been offering curbside pick up. It is an outstanding process and beyond easy. They do a wonderful job. Thank you for all that you do!

Greenhouse has consistently offered superior, courteous, and quick customer service. During the pandemic, their curbside pickup services have run incredibly smoothly. Every 'budtender' I have interacted with has a plethora of knowledge regarding all of the products Greenhouse currently has and they are more than happy to discuss them with you. I would highly recommend the Deerfield location!

I had a great experience with curbside pick up at this location with Crystal. I'll definitely be back here! Cant accurately judge the atmosphere since I didn't go inside but employees and menu are excellent.

I've been a med card holder for a few years now and reside on the border of the lake and cook county borders. Greenhouse is my go to medical dispensary. I REALLY like the large variety of tips (vape cartridges) that they offer. I especially appreciate the option to have several brands to select from; Not just 2 or 3.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of products as well.

We had Crystal for our bud tender for the 2nd time last week, and she remembered our names - even as we were masked up! Phenomenal service and a great attitude - I hope she takes care of us when we go again. Best selection of flower, gummies and RSO oil.

If you visit Northbrook make sure to ask for Esteban. Very knowledgeable gave me some strong flower. He helped me pick a way better flower, put me up on some game and was very respectful. For sure has Manger qualities. Also met David and Mikaela both gave me the best customer service you could ask for, chill knowledgeable vibes they even threw in extra goodies. I usually go to Skokie Greenhouse so my Firstime at Northbrook exceded my expectation.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was welcoming and I enjoyed the quality of the products. Will come here again!

Great place and people. Everyone is friendly and knowledge. I have been to 3 others and this by far exceeds expectations. I highly recommend this dispensary. You never feel like your rushed and all questions are treated as important. Nothing is too trivial. There all also lots of opportunities to learn such as coffee sessions.
