The employees are trained well. The women are all easy on the eyes. The men are very nice but look like I did after 5 days and 4 Grateful Dead shows and a sack of mushrooms back in the day at Alpine Valley.

Best part is curbside pick up!

I liked how they were good with covid protocols. Concentrates are limited supply but price is solid.

This is best one I’ve tried so far.

This place is ridiculous. first off, when you pull up they tell you to do online ordering when the stuff is only available for pick up in store, so there is no way to online order it. then when you try to pick out what you want they literally tell you that they have it and then they come back and tell you they are out. the employees are not listening to the guests at all. they're literally just typing in any order. I asked for an eighth of wax and the employee assumes that I would be okay with only a gram because they don't sell eighths but they did not inform me if this until checkout. So basically they have no inventory for a good price and the service is completely unprofessional. Horrible first time experience.

Location can be difficult to find, but once you're there, you're treated like the best friend of everyone working there. Just good, wonderful, people.

This is a dispensary filled with nice, helpful, and enthusiastic staff. They seem more like a bud then a worker.. no pun intended. A+ all around

The greenhouse Deerfield location is filled with staff members that truly care and truly take note of who you are and customized to each person that walks through the door. It’s not just the products but the people at this location – if you open up to them,& work with them the way you are supposed to, you will absolutely find improvement/relief! I cannot recommend this location more – they are warm people that you can be yourself with and focus strictly on healing !

Beautiful atmosphere while you wait (sometimes for 20 minutes or more because there are only 4 registers). Great selection of products, but many seem to be 3 months old or more, c'mon man! Prices are so high that deals of the week do not sound like deals at all, especially when comparison shopping. In fact, I think the deals of the week are only the older/aging products to try to get rid of them. They push old product. C'mon man!

Very patient with me and did a mini consult after I’ve taken two years off after bad experience with last dispensary. They have great programs, great products and great people.

Constantly out of stock. I understand demand tripled but the fact that you have zero visibly into what you’re getting in week to week and give zero info as to when this or that product is expected is unacceptable.

After an initially poor experience at GH, I am more than pleased to admit that they are a fantastic dispensary. Their waiting room is decorated like a living room, giving a warm and homestyle feeling upon entry. My budtender, Cody, was well informed and incredibly nice— as was the entire staff. Their menu’s vastness and pricing are both beyond adequate, exceptional in certain areas (particularly for Grass Roots merchandise, as I was informed that the two companies are co-owned). Their operation was well oiled, to say the least. Most importantly, the environment radiates cannabis culture, something that’s very difficult to find in IL. What a redemption! Not going to be switching for a while...

Knowledgeable and friendly staff that are very helpful whenever I have questions. They make you feel comfortable and never make it seem like your question is a dumb one. So far the quality of the products I have purchased have been great with no complaints. I was a bit hesitant in choosing this over a dispensary that was a bit closer to my house, but I’m super happy with my decision. A+ atmosphere, A+ staff, A+ Selection

I have had my MMJ card for almost a year now and chose Greenhouse Deerfield as my dispensary. It has truly been a great experience;from the first time I went there all the way through to present day. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.They have always made me feel comfortable and never try to rush me;sometimes I have a lot of questions and the menu has so many great options to choose from that it can be hard to decide what to purchase. I really appreciate all the work the staff does for the patients that go here. Thank you Greenhouse Deerfield team!!!
