Worse pick up service in AZ no matter the location they struggle are rude and never have what your ordered. Before they would call you to substitute what they claim to not have but have displayed online. And the customer is never right in this place. And if you don't put in a pick up and are recreational expect to wait in a 20 min plus line most days.
Got here 10 mins before they opened to avoid the usual long lines they have. The line was short but unfortunately when they open they don't tell you come in, and then they stare at the patients (one a senior with a cane) waiting outside in the cold to come in, after 2 mins waiting a patient showed up and walked straight in passing the line outside and at the door. They don't have security and the employees didn't seem to care, (or the patient at the head of the line didn't seem to notice they were open) and that we were all bypassed. Thats my first gripe, my main complaint is their false advertising, time and time again they display items on their menu only to show up and be told that they're out. Then they peddle some brand and strain I never heard of or tried. Theyre the worse at updating Leafly and just communicating with patients period. I avoid coming here, "deals" and drama aren't worth it imo
You guys really need to update your menu, you've had Vanilla Bean from Nectar Farms listed for days but are out of stock. Come on man, stop wasting peoples time, not a close drive for everyone. Smh
