Curaleaf - Midtown

I just saw a comment about a return, I had to return a RSO and I didn’t have any problems!!! I was given another!!! Their very understanding and will help you at all times.. but if it’s a situation where you can’t get a return, it may be you and not the dispensary... but why place a negative comment!!!! I can see if this type of situation happen often then I can understand a negative comment...

Probably the best curaleaf in town

The most rude, disrespectful staff. I waited for two hours in line with my LEGAL IDENTIFICATION and they would not let me in because their policy changed to only allow sideways IDs despite the fact that I am well over 21 and my ID is 100% legal. I am a law school student and showed them the legal work for my ID. Their "policy" didn't allow them to let me in despite PLACING A PRE ORDER, HAVING BEEN TO THE SAME LOCATION WITH THE SAME ID MULTIPLE TIMES, AND WAITING IN LINE FOR TWO HOURS. let me repeat: I brought my legal identification. I pre ordered. I waited in line for two hours and chatted with the staff. When it was my turn to enter the building, they didn't allow me in because my LEGAL ID was not sideways. They wanted me to update it which is an OPTIONAL requirement. They LIED about the law even when shown the .gov web. Plus their stuff is mids and high price. This business is NOT worth your time or money. I will be avoiding them and telling others to avoid them AT ALL COSTS.

Even when it’s busy it’s not a super long wait. They are quick, have good products and are always friendly when I’ve been there.

This dispensary is a joke. They take recreational OVER medical patients. 😡 They do NOT have an online order line. So don’t bother putting in an online order. You WILL STILL HAVE TO WAIT IN A LONG ASS LINE. This dispensary needs to get their shit together. I will not return.
