Fast, easy, great customer service, I appreciate it how fast and easy it was for me to pickup my order.

Everything seemed ok until I got home, the Mfused disposable cart I got literally had nothing in it at all and made me cough super hard from smoking nothing but coils for the first 5 seconds until I realized something was wrong. 😤 So to say the least, I'm rather mad at the lack of quality control that company has and the package being completely closed off is absolutely mind blowingly dumb if they can't get there stuff correctly in the vape in the first place, seems like an absolute scam to me and I do not recommend them and will never, EVER buy Mfused again, I'd go back for a refund but the dispensary is roughly 40 miles away from me so it's just not worth it going all the way back for 25$ but it's definitely enough for me to take the ten minutes to write this review.

If I could give zero stars today I would. The way this Budtender named Julien treated the customer in front of me was appalling! I guess he didn’t hear her say thank you so he denied adding anything else to her order. He then proceeded to be down right rude and condescending to her while rolling his eyes! Well, I definitely heard her say thank you so I don’t know what this kids problem was. The attitude he gave her was unacceptable. Then when she asked to speak with a manager he said “great now I can take a break” Excuse me?! This kid needs a permanent break being unemployed. If this is the type of employee Curaleaf wants to keep I clearly need to find a different dispensary.

I went in to get the mix and match $65 oz and I wanted to get the lilac diesel because I absolutely loved it but wasn’t able to because it wasn’t included in the deal so I got a half of the Wedding Cake and I’m really glad I did. Both strains I got I feel like it was a steal and will help with my anxiety of starting a new job.

Online orders are almost always wrong.

I’ve been going to all the Curaleafs for about a year now, I spent at least $100 weekly on product. Usually curaleaf is a good dispo but on Tuesday 5/17/2022 it was absolutely terrible. It was terrible due to the BudTender - he said his name was “Julian.” First of all this kind has an ungodly attitude and needs to be fired immediately. When I approached the counter he didn’t even check the order was correct. He rang me up online for an eigth when I had order a half ounce and EIGTH online. When I brought this to his attention he says “oh sorry, we don’t half that strain of half o you will have to deal with just an eigth.” I was a bit annoyed as I had been looking forward to trying the new product. Julian then rolled his eyes and told me “chill it’s not a big deal” I said excuse me? You don’t tell me what is and ISNT A BIG DEAL. He flinched at me as if he were going to try to swing on me. Nobody in their right mind in my personal treats me this way. He walked away saying he didn’t have to give me any product. He went behind the counter and started talking to some brunette girl with stocky build. He said I didn’t deserve product and needed to go somewhere else: he finally returned to the counter after 10 minutes of waiting. This kid gives a bad rep to your store and honestly don’t think I will go back to this location again due to this. Please fire employees like this, dispo is meant to be peaceful not like high schoool!!!!!

Overall a good location expected to pay a certain amount and it was even cheaper than listed my budtender was perfect helped me with everything

Low rating cause I felt like I got the bait and switch. Was charged more than quoted price and manager wouldn't honor original price or even try to compensate me in any shape or form. Bad business practice. I won't order again. (If you wondering it wasn't the tax I had an issue with, it was the pretax price.)

I was a medical patient for 8 years and haven’t been able to renew my card, which is why I wasn’t aware of the 1 ounce per visit policy for rec users. On the website even If you are on the recreational menu it said if you buy an ounce you would get an ounce for free. When I went to the store they only gave me one ounce and when I can back to the store to ask about it a tall guy with glasses said I was just making things up as I walked away he also said that he would remove me himself from the store If security didn’t get involved. Ive been coming to this store for 2 years but today was my last time going to Curaleaf. I would never recommend coming to this store especially the midtown location doesn’t feel very safe.
