I typically don’t have issues here but last visit I unfortunately did have an issue. I preordered online and got my order. However I wasn’t shown the product beforehand which quality was not the greatest at all. Spent almost $100. I would’ve changed the product before leaving if I was shown the quality in person.

The atmosphere and service is great but the buds suck all dry for what they called private reserve so it's safe to say I well not do not go back again

This has been my go to dispensary for quite a while now but yesterday's experience & purchase was very bad. I had a online medical order for 1 OZ.Showed up & was shuffled back so they could take care of rec.orders. There was only 4 customers @ the time & more came in while I continued to wait.Asked some Blue hair girl if they were handling med patients & all she said was in her snarky attitude that they swap back and forth, B.S on that. Next the bud was dry as a popcorn fart ! Bud was packaged a month ago. Supposedly it's 23% THC I call B.S on that. No Buzz @ all. Will never go back again !!!

Cashier 50603 needs an attitude check. Every time I go in I witness that cashier being rude to customers, and today was my lucky day. I’m sorry I’m not that smart and had to ask a question about my receipt . The cashiers response to my question was “ I don’t know I just enter it in the computer and it spits it out”. Then the cashier rudely asked if I wanted a manager, since there was still confusion and now attitude I replied yes. I was not being rude, and not raising my voice I just asked a question. The manager was super nice and easily explained what I missed. Then the cashier just had to say “that’s what I just said” and proceeded to roll their eyes. Umm no it wasn’t, otherwise I wouldn’t of had to ask the manger. So rude and unprofessional. With all that being said, everyone is usually chill there and they have a good selection.

Well unfortunately i found out BOGO deals basically mean lets sell at least 9 10 month old product for me it was drip batter 3 outta 4 were yuck lucked like reclaim go back talk to a manager or 2 no names given off course tells me its sauce n diamonds its terpy its yuck im a medical patient its my meds for a week not now im in trouble yay oh he offered me half credit to my account half what i don't know MidTown used to be cool idk anymore

Precious assisted with my pre order thru the tablet kiosk and Kelsey helped check me out and ensure everything was to my liking!
