I love the atmosphere!!. Sam is the coolest ever!!. He’s trustworthy, knowledgeable understands what I need. Service is impeccable and the bud tenders are all cool and down to earth!!.

The musical chairs approach to the waiting line once inside the transaction area is fairly annoying. I was told to move to another chair by staff three times, the final time was with me by myself while sitting one spot over from the next position. In my experience people in line know their position and those trying to advance are policed by the others. Simply saying "next" usually works fine or in extreme cases take a number. The current method really serves to expose more of the finely tuned capitalist approach around the dispense of cannabis and personally it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Some of it is necessary, security guards, the Sally port in between outside and the registers, the controlled movement. Sounds a lot like a prison, more so than a place people go to to get their heads right.

Just so everyone knows the prerolls you buy from any Curaleaf are more stem than actual bud. We take all the keif and good stuff out in three sifting processes then all that’s left stems shit buds get super ground up. Oh we can still see stems? Grind it up some more. Now you guys are dropping 20% off medical? Such a Walmart company. They don’t care about their employees or customers. Go support local dispensaries that are actually having better deals now even when you guys were offering the 20%. Your employees have a holier than god complex

I am surprised anyone with a medical card still shops here after they did away with their 20% discount for medical patients. No senior discount, no medical discount, no vet discount, actually no discounts anymore. Oh yes, out of the great kindness of their hearts, they do give you a 1/2 gram preroll on your birthday. Just another big corporation making big money at the expense of their customers.

I made an express pick up order. I get to my car, drive home, open the bag.. and it's the complete wrong weed. I'm strictly a heavy indica smoker and the flower I received was a complete sativa. Definitely disappointed and sober.

Had a pretty quick trip to Curaleaf today though there was a line of recs. I'm happy to see that they fixed this. Too bad they took away ALL specials and sales, even for the medical patients. I've noticed their prices were much higher too. Probably because they were greedy and immediately started selling recreational sales the moment they had the approval to do so. It would have been wise to keep the medical patients happy who made their business until several weeks ago buy not driving up the price by being greedy. I'm continuing to look for the best medical patient experience from a dispensary, and unfortunately Curaleaf has fallen way short of even making the final cut.

Is any time I pick up the house concentrate it's always short and it's always melted all over the package and not actually in the container. I feel ripped off.

Stopped thru on my lunch break. It was a little crowed but got in and out. Don’t remember the lady name that helped me but she was awesome. The brownies are melt in your mouth good!!

I always give this place all five starts however tonight was a little different. Usually you check in at the door. Now you check in at the front glass. Cool. Just a tip, It may be helpful to have the security guard tell people this instead of talking on his phone about how he would have been a great lawyer. Also the chair thing is confusing if someone is not directing. When I let the lady at the front know it was confusing, her response was “ you go in, in the order you arrive”. Yes, I get that. But you’re not calling names you are going by chair. People in line are asking other customers what to do and if they were checked in. Usually this Curaleaf is on point.

this is the third time I've tried to order through Leafly, I get email and text confirmation and I get to the store and it has not been received. only this third time, the girl on the phone rudely told me that apparently curaleaf is "trying" to end their partnership with Leafly, no apology for wasting my time... either make ordering unavailable through Leafly or not, don't act like it's my problem for not knowing your invisible policy with Leafly, Curaleaf.

It's really disappointing to see one of the best dispensaries in the valley go downhill so quick. I've been going to Curaleaf midtown since day 1 of having my medical card but after today, I don't think I plan on going back. I went today to purchase timeless carts (as I do every week) only for them to tell me that they stopped the timeless carts deal due to the legalization of recreational marijuana. I don't see how the fuck that affects me, a medical card holder. I also submitted an online order so my carts can be ready for when I arrive and when I got there, the order was completely messed up. It's clear that Curaleaf doesn't give a shit about their medical patients.
