Overall service cold negative self absorbed gloomy rude why are you here attitude jerks murdering looks just super unprofessional. They will destroy you if you step up the line for one item, how dare you, get out attitude. Can’t stand people working here.

Beautiful place and atmosphere, everything felt very professional. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Since they had a 15% off sale going on, I was told my first-time 15% discount can be used any time I come by again. Will definitely go here more!

Greenhouse Northbrook has the best retail cannabis shopping experience I've had in Illinois. Other shops I've visited were located in recently vacated office space, and we're laid out like labyrinths as they socially distanced us customers all over the place. I've shivered outside as other locations co- mingled us rec customers with their med customers, giving priority to med of course. I've tried parking in 3 inches of mud in Mundelslime. Greenhouse has none of those "issues". Good people, great environment.

This dispensary is the best in all of Illinois. There is little to no wait. They always have the best products in stock. The customer service is discrete and professional. And the experts are kind. I thoroughly enjoy coming in to chat with Mitch. He makes sure that I understand how to use all of my purchases the correct way. Mitch also makes some of the best suggestions which have upped my smoking game forever. Every time I walk in i'm greeted with a lot of positive energy. Not only do they sell cannabis products. Greenhouse is a dispensary that actually cares. I really love all the personalities that Greenhouse Northbrook has hired. I brought my mother in last week because she needed pain relief as she has fought multiple bouts of breast cancer. There aren't any dispensaries in her city. Connie and Rockwell took the time to break down the benefits of all of their products out of the kindness of their own hearts. This is the kind of thing that makes all the difference. Out of kindness and patience Greenhouse has made a lifelong customer out of me.

been going to greenhouse since september and had my first problem with them at the northbrook location. was actually pretty upset and felt taken advantage of and shocked really cause the weed store is the one place i dont expect that lol. not going to go into to much detail because i believe it was miscommunication but i called to voice my concern was told a manager would call me back shortly. the manager nick called back within 10min probably more like 5 and after patiently listening to me vent my concern for a minute or 2 completely rectified the situation above and beyond within 30 seconds and to be honest completely turned my day around. ty so much nick and all at greenhouse recommend them to everyone. best vibe best place to buy weed in chicagoland hope you take it all over:)

I enjoyed everything from the time I got off the exit ramp and was able to turn right into the parking lot. My experience began as I spotted the large Greenhouse name from the highway and ended with a great haul from the best dispensary in the state. Every step and process was executed with precision and speed as well as being a beautiful, comfortable store that makes you feel very welcome and warm. From the very professional and highly skilled security guards to the people in back packing my order, I felt every person in between exceeded my expectations and I was treated as a “regular” who has been shopping there for years. The first thing I noticed was how beautiful it was in there. The greeting staff was nice, but Liz went above and beyond. She was super sweet and knew a TON about cannabis and mental health. She was relatable and gave me a so many great product suggestions. Of course the quality was amazing, and the 15% off for my first time was the cherry on top. I’m going back next week!

My experience at Greenhouse Northbrook was the best of the 4 dispensaries that I have visited in Illinois so far. First the location is very convenient (right off Rte 41). Secondly, the parking lot is large, well marked and asphalt (unlike Rise Mundelein). The dispensary building itself is beautiful both inside and outside. Also, it is well organized. The entire staff was very pleasant and efficient. Although I went at a very busy time of the day, amazingly there was virtually no wait. My Budtender (Marissa) was awesome. She was friendly and had great knowledge of the items that I was interested in. Most important was that I felt safe ! Social distancing was properly observed and the dispensary appeared spotless. 10 of 11 on the Dinometer.

This is the only dispensary I’ll ever shop at. They have a very convenient process. It usually only takes 5 minutes or less and I’m out the door with my pre order. Great customer loyalty incentives. But ultimately they have quality cannabis products of all kinds. The staff is kind and practices discretion when greeting me. Which is equally important when shopping for medicine. I’ve been to many many other dispensaries. Regardless of what side of town I’m on I will wait until I can get back home to Greenhouse Northbrook. - King Dave 👑

This is easily the best place in Illinois get shop for your cannabis. They are quick and easy. But they consistently stock the best products. Connie is one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve met! This was my second time visiting Greenhouse in Northbrook. Despite bit longer drive, this dispensary is so convenient and pleasant - to say the least. Parking is right by the door. Barely any waiting both pre-ordering and once at the dispensary. The staff is amazing! Everyone starting with security to bud tenders to management! And the product is top quality and less expensive than other dispensaries. Also I love the discount perks! Will be back soon! And thanks Taylor! You are amazing.

I missed the Cali vibe when visiting a dispensary here. This is probably one of the best ones that have made me feel at ease. The crew (Alexis, Jeremias, & Tyson) know their stuff! They were able to get me the right dosage and supplies needed. I appreciate you guys and hope to see you soon!
