I ordered pickup and when I got my purchase home I discovered the seals on the jars had been broken, one of the jars had no seal at all. About 3/4 of a gram had been taken from each jar .... this was my second time there and I really like the place but I recommend you don't use the order online service until they can secure the product better. If you do pre-order check your purchase at the counter. Good spot but needs to do better security.

Was told by a budtender about their base tier 25 dollar eighths and i was also told prerolls are buy one get one free i went ahead and purchased an eighth at 25$ and the bogo on the preroll. After leaving i realized the price was incorrect if the preroll is 8 dollars and the eigth is 25 my total before tax should be 33$ i was charged for both prerolls and when i called and asked about the "special" i was to receive i was told my a rude lady that "discounts aren't stackable" i was never informed of this by the budtender just told that the eighths were 25 and the prerolls are buy one get one free. Wont be returning to this dispensary ever again. The flower eighth is very dry and broke up to near nothing. The pre rolls burned unevenly and were a waste if only they were "buy one get one free" they might have been worth the 8 dollars price tag that just 1 carries. Very dissapointes with my first visit to curaleaf at pavilions

I really liked these gummies. I have a very hard time trying to sleep through the night, I tried these out and my first night I was finally able to sleep without getting up several times through the night. These do improve sleeping quality.

Everything was great UNTIL recreational use. The mellow mature crowd is now loud and disruptive.. It's not the lines it's the people... More rules need to be enforced. I have been coming to this location for 2 years. I have never been scared to leave my kids in the car UNTIL now..The security is amazing...BUT you might need two of them just for the parking to ensure people still conduct themselves like adults and not just pot heads..

I’m a medical patient and this is twice now I’ve been charged the recreational tax!! Tired of this specific location!

shout out to curaleaf and the bud tender I just had. Nirvana just lost a veteran over a dollar. I just had surgery and I needed my pain meds but the other guy didn't let me use my points wouldn't give me a veterans discount and on top of that they charge tax so he lets me walk out empty handed when I spend so much money at that place. I go curaleaf and don't have to wait in some waiting areas with bums that smell like feet and cheetos. the girl was very nice and made good suggestions. she gave me my discount and I used my points. Best Meds out! customer service off the hook.

This dispensary has the worst customer service ive ever experience. On multiple occasions. Budtenders arent helpful. They have attitudes. They dont answer your questions directly. Unorganized, and nobody communicates, so staff doesn’t know whats going on until they have to bring in a manager to explain. This is definitely the worst Curaleaf in the Phoenix area.

They increased their prices and decreased their overall Quality and Quantity of deals. Why shop here when Nirvana is down the street, more options and better deals. I used to go here for Select items but whats the point if its now the same as anywhere else.

I went yday and was not informed about the new policies about medical going first. I waited in line for 20 mins. There could’ve been a sign out front or something to let people know what’s going on. Fast forward to the guy who checked me out. He was kind of rude to me. He literally shooed at me once he handed me the bag. He didn’t say anything. I thought hat was rude asf! Plus he sold me STALE wraps when I literally asked him were they fresh because I always get stale ones when I buy from them. Never seen this guy before because I’m a regular. The only thing that pleased me was the weed! But who the hell wants to shop from a business who allows it’s staff to greet their PAYING MEDICAL customers with nasty, condescending gestures and speech?

smiles are abound. with a middle finger still extended toward covid i am happily embraced by the herbal goodness eschewing forth from curaleaf. much love yall 🎃🤘🎃

just be careful when you pre-order your items because none of the idiots that work here have any sense to call you or to tell you what you ordered is not available so you waste time going up there I used to like this place but it seems like more and more people are making this place the worst f****** place to visit

Service is always great. They struggled a bit when they started offering Rec but has improved a lot! So much more organized. I’m happy that the products are still good quality and the prices are still fairly reasonable. Will keep coming for sure!
