Curaleaf Always great service hands down. A little upset with a very dry premium tier(Aeriz). And the package date was fairly fresh 4/30/21. Definitely do not recommend for $60/eighth.

Called three hours ahead of time to ask about the super silver haze. Asked multiple times what the THC was and was assured it was 20% - 22%. I wait till after rush hour and drive from north PHX to this location not a close drive. Arrive and luckily I checked before buying cause it was 14% total. Apparently reading numbers and customer service are not part of the hiring check. I leave cause there is nothing there I need at this point. I get down the street and give a call to see if it is a franchise or corporate. They put the head bud tender on the line and she informs me that it's corporate but would like to help before I call. Starts out nice right, after I give my peace that I want customer service and accurate information for my time not loyalty points, I'm not in this for free stuff my time is worth more then you are offering. Needles to say it was a round robin on, "if you didn't want free stuff why did you call". I called to see if you were corporate you tried to cut me off and wont accept I wont be back for a price. Needless to say they admitted there wrong on the before are the arguing and said it will be handled. I'm glad they documented it so that corporate can see I'm not making there lack of customer service up. You can't always blame your problems on new hires, basic reading should be part of that process. Please do not let my opinion effect your stop here this is just my experience and my ethic for how companies should run go have make your own please.

I had an express order and I was waiting outside longer than the is then the medical and recreational patients. When I finally got inside the cashier was unprofessional he threw my ID through the slot and also my change I will definitely not come back ever again!!!

This place is amazing everyone here is friendly they have the best medicine and they do 30% off all medical patients are they still offering deals for people to have cards or recreational users are going to mess anything up I love this place recommend anybody in the area trying to get their medicine thank you

Every time I go to this location they never honor the 20 percent off that’s advertised. I’m honestly never coming to this location again every other location seems to be on track except this one I’ll just drive out of my way for a better experience. The total never makes sense get it together and the cashier can never explain it. I literally order the same thing today from two different locations and got two different prices ! It’s always this location too with a higher price

Showed up yesterday with no pre-order, was in and out with my medicine in less that 8 minutes. Efficiency is key.

I have paid for multiple purchases of top tier flower that has led me to believe a few things. They are selling bottom tier flower as top teir and are probably rebranding like most other places. I just picked up some "Ice cream" flower that lookes like it should be selling for 20 dollars an 8th not for 45. Jeez save your money and shop elsewhere. This place used to have good flower.

Answer you phone. Called over 12x. No sign saying medical to left and recreational to the right. Been here in line for 1 1/2 hours, just to have someone walk straight to the front. I’m a medical patient. Curaleaf is just happy to make all that $ from recreational users and forgot about the real patients. They have zero deals on anything even though they advertised till end of month. Congrats you lost a patient who was here since you guys opened. Wasted tons of cash in this place. I feel like they just gave medical patients the F U.

The check in people were nice, however one of the girls that work at the express check out is rude AF. Dealing with her made me not want to return to this dispensary. There are plenty to choose from in the area where they have good customer service.

Don’t buy the base line it’s usually the dispo in-house weed it’s always off weight and the packed aren’t sealed and the weed smell and taste is ass honestly, buy anything over 50$ for a good high

one of the few shops that have gone recreational that actually give a damn about us MEDICAL PATIENTS. Always keep Wana edibles in stock and the vibe is always a chill one when I come into the dispensary. ✌💚
