How the mighty have fallen. First I wanna say the bud tenders are always amazing! Been going to bloom for over 2 years because their deals were great! $50 for 12 joints, $125 full zips and the buy 2 get one free deals kept me coming back every time. Since they’ve started the recreational use they stopped EVERY single deal! 9$ a joint!? Are u guys crazy? $125 HALF zips??? Needless to say I’m pulling out of all 3800 of my points and never coming back. Also to the potato headed security guard that was extremely disrespectful to all the people waiting in line, you should be ashamed. If we don’t wish to order online we shouldn’t be hassled about it!!! No one likes being looked down on! Calling people “PC’s” for holding up the line? Then hire more people! Very rude security guard =(.

Since getting bought out by Cureleaf they SUCK ..... I had a good amount of loyalty points that I want to use but can't because they are "updating" their system .... for over 2mo now. Their specials on eatibles SUCK Bloom had bogo on Sir Newton's now they no longer have that. Bring back decent specials on eatibles NOT EVERYONE SMOKES. Staff is great specials are no.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! The quality of flower isn't good here. Everything smells pretty earthy and weak even the platinum flower is full of stems and dry with no smell. I was at work so I made on online order very early in the day and recieved the "Order is ready" text a little while after but when I arrived to pick up they told me that only one of the strains I ordered was in my bag (the one that had been on the menu for nearly a month) but the better and fresher strain I reserved wasn't. So I showed them my order receipt and confirmation email with the items I had reserved hours ago and they even had the same info in their system but they didn't know what to say, they just said "sorry we just sold the last of that one a bit ago." I told them "I know you just had some because my brother just came in and bought an eighth of that one less than an hour ago from here and I told my brother that I had an online order and reserved that one earlier." So I know that it wasn't a mistake that it wasn't in my bag. I feel that they purposely didn't put the better strain in my bag from the beginning or they took it out to sell it when I didn't show up quick enough. They didn't even try to make things right or make me feel better, they just went about it like it was on me, so I had to choose something else if I wanted to. I'll never return to Bloom Peoria again to give this place my business. Totally not worth it! Also, I am a medical card holder but they are pushing medical patients to the side to accommodate the recreational users. That's totally not acceptable.

They said my order was ready for pickup when I get there I was told they did not have my oz for 60 instead had to get half oz why say my order is ready for pickup but not have it when I go to pick it up

I have been going to this location for several week now and getting the 20% off reg price items for the medical deal. I went today and was told that the special is only available on one 1/8 of flower. Although that restriction is not stated on the promo listed. When I stated I have been getting this special for weeks he then blamed new employees. I then stated what the promo says on Leafly he then says that the 70.00 halves are on promo, I stated it does not appear to be a promo on Leafly since it does not show a reduction as other promos do. So if you expect the listed Promo to be honored I'd recommend not going to Curaleaf. I won't be back.
This was my go-to place! No, my pure caramels! with Curaleaf owning it, its prices will DEFINITELY go up. I'll be collecting my points. Goodbye Bloom, nice having you as my favorite. Now you'll be known as the Gloom, instead of the Bloom! why? prices go up, items go out. That's the Curaleaf way. They should give you a thumbs down because it's impossible to put no stars, oh well you catch my drift. BY BLOOM I WILL MISS YOU.

Woman cashier at online ordering register with long pointy black matte and olive nails did not acknowledge when I spoke to her, instead she snapped at her coworker, who very patiently replied "Im trying to help you" then I wasnt given the right change. Approx 1:15pm friday march 15th. The mpx starlord I got was flavorless but the triangle kush was good. I was going to wait in line and get grow sciences gmo rosin and 22red rootbeer pre roll (theyre rly good but forgot to add them to online order) but I was not going back for seconds after that, nooooo thx

It all starts when you walk in the door and get that really yummy weed aroma greeting you as walk-in. Then you're greeted by one of the amazing Bloom staff members. Always ready to help you will all your cannabis needs. They always have a smile and greet you very politely. The quality of the bud is far above most of the dispensaries here in the valley. Quality is really important to me, that's why I make Bloom my goto spot for all my flower needs! I recommend this spot to everyone I smoke with. 💯🔥⛽
Bloom is the place where the security guard never leaves you alone and keeps asking if you know where you're going and comments on how fast you walk and criticizes your choice to stand outside or inside the final doorway. And Bloom is the only place I've ever experienced real discrimination; the security guard said my friend could proceed but I looked suspicious so I had to wait while the security guard stared at me and made me very uncomfortable. My friend and I are not comfortable coming back if we have to get through this guy, better of going elsewhere.
I had almost 3000 points and then they were bought by Curleaf, I have called them several times w they say it will be a week for them to convert them to their point system, they have the time to put up a sign but no focus on the customer , just look at the reviews

My experience; I put my order in online. Got there and waited in line for 45 minutes. Got to the window and was told they would not honor my order because the website was wrong and it wasn't on sale. I showed them their own website on my phone and they still refused to honor their own sale. I canceled my order and will never shop there again. This was my first and last time going there.
