plz get me my old Bloom back .....

The last three times I've ordered from here all different strains and about a week apart and get home to open the bag to crap. I know can't do online ordering since I need to now take the time to see the product vs trusting you guys. They clam these were above 20% THC however I see no crystals on the flower and it smells like weeds. I break a bud open on this last batch of blue dream and I smell chemicals. The flower has been really fluffy and not dense. This was odd for my last two strains Golden Goat and Blue Dream. Both dense bud producing plants. My question now to bloom is, are you master growers just burnt out and don't care, is the product being rushed off the line, something happen and you had to pull early cause of profit over quality control?

Oh where to begin- first the security guard had a very poor attitude- thought it would funny to mess with people who were waiting to pick up orders, and then pulled the ‘it’s just a joke bro’ when I got upset. He then made a huge HIPPA violation by shouting out my last name into his walkie to ‘verify my order’ even though he had already seen my card and my ‘ready’ text. The manager didn’t seem too concerned about the attitude or professionalism of security, and seemed unbothered by a HIPPA violation that could result in fines to the company if pursued. Terrible service, won’t be going back.

Excellent flower and deals. The black cream, some of the best flower I've had in a minute.. totally purple strain, pure eye candy.. leaves you properly toasted and one of my favorites strains and one of my new favorite locations

drip hte listed for 27 on leafly? budtender told me it'd be almost 50$. not sure why I had to ask for it to be discounted and then wait another 5 minutes while they have to call someone on the radio.

I went to bloom during a busy time and I forgot I needed to add on some edibles and they helped me I have to say the associate "Heart" (I believe his name is sorry im hard of hearing) was amazing and made me feel so welcome he was very helpful and he is a great worker he knows what he is doing! Your daily deals NEVER change. No one wants your REWIND brand. Your infinity 8ths are that less of the price point. Ever since harvest took over, this place has gone down hill. They never have any concentrate deals. Their email deals are never changing, the quality of meds here is very hit or miss. Miss the old bloom

I love Bloom Great products. Great prices. The staff are always very knowledgeable and helpful. It's ALWAYS worth the almost 100 mile trip. EVERY time.

They used to have a great selection of shatter. Now it's not great and only have low THC % and only a select few strains. I used to spend a lot of money here. But I'm about to go elsewhere to find better shatter.

This place has Over priced stuff compared to any other dispensaries. I went in (with my medical card on my phone) I showed them my medical card , they even gave me a first time patient deal. but however they somehow failed to give me the medical sales tax there budtenders are trash!!I’m never shopping here again.

Found this place about January 10th, was really happy w/the prices since I hadnt seen a decent pre roll for less than $10 anywhere in the West Valley since December!! I got the 3 echos for 50 and the first time patient 8th of Infinity for $20 and a rare dankness pre roll for $7.50. The echos have alot of flavor , like fruit flavor but they're ok. The 8th was awesome- Platinum Gelato, only marginally dry and the preroll was AWESOME!! Imagine my dismay when I went ok their website to order on the 27th and found all the prices had INCREASED!! Not only that but those $25 8ths of their own strains were few & far between. They had plenty of the $60 8ths they added from TruInfusion tho!! I was so disappointed I didn't find a cool new Dispensary to return to. Probably won't return unless the prices for medical get a little better!!

The sir Newton brand is the best thing about bloom, it’s why I stop by weekly. House flower and shatter leave much to be desired for. Bring back the cool staff

This is my go to spot! The deals are great and if you don’t know what you want, they keep it real. Ask for James! He gets you the good buds so you don’t end up with popcorn kernel buds. Highly recommend!
