Update menu. Don't put product on promo if you have no inventory .That makes bloom and employees look incompetent and lazy .Order product for the sale beforehand, update the dam menu.

This started out as a good Dispensary. And now it has gone to shit. They cant seem to carry any sativa flower anymore. And the point system is a joke. I have not been able to use my points for 2 months with over 1,500 that I have been saving and now cant use them. They say its better to order online, thats a lie. You most likely wait longer. I have seen multiple people walk in and out before my online order. It has seriously gone down hill the last few months and the quality of flower is not the greatest anymore.

Garbage service! Medical patients are tossed to the curb! I placed a order twice and both times were cancelled!? I was in the area and drove by ... separated lines for online orders and other lines is for patients and recreational. Why have a online order line if orders aren't being filled?? Think smartly>>Patients/Online orders line and the other for recreational. Too many issues with this place that I will never spend another dollar!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They're fast, even when it's busy. they have one of the best rewards programs I've seen.

Front counter guy was cool. Dude in the back was a dickhead. He wouldn’t change out my popcorn 8th for a different one of the same strain for bigger nugs. His reasoning “it would mess our inventory up” clearly bogus as hell and it was an exchange for the exact same strain. Just wanted different nugs. Prolly won’t come back here

firstly, 80 to 90% of the five star reviews on here are fake and made by employees or coerced . with all of the advancements in weed and extraction it's pretty pathetic that bloom is putting out absolute garbage in both areas. avoid this place at all costs.

Used to be excellent as a Medical Card holder: great service, great product, great prices. Then 8 days ago recreational users changed everything and what used to feel like family is gone. Now they have people circling the parking lot and no product. Good luck with that

Place is a scam. Product is not good and they do NOT care about their patients. Do not recommend to anyone especially if you’re tight on cash you’ll be left feeling cheating.

We were using Bloom for a long time my wife and I. We spent a lot of money there. My husband went to pick up a pre-order. He had a mask on which broke. He was told to put the mask on and he said I'll wait outside because it's broken I have the money. The security guard started to walk towards my husband and he started to walk toward the guard near the door. The guard then to my husband who is a senior citizen, off the curb and he fell and hit his back and arms and head. He was bleeding and kind of confused the rest of the evening.. tailbone bruise. I only walked toward him because I couldn't hear him I have hearing aids. Totally totally uncalled for I'm totally over the top unprofessional. My husband is a senior citizen and disabled. So if you're going to continue to shop here keep in mind that you might have a little bit of insecurities with the security.

The website advertises there is a deal for medical patients for shatter/crumble, 5 for $89. If you have been a medical patient for multiple years and coming here like I have, this is not a new deal. I placed an online order and when I got to the checkout, bud tender told me he couldn’t honor the deal. I showed him a screenshot of the website from 5 minutes BEFORE I placed my online order. Bud tender was Jordan, he was nice but even after showing him the website he got his manager and they said they could only give me the DAILY DEAL of 5 gs/$99. I write this to warn other medical patients not to waste your time if you’re coming here for that deal

First I ordered on leafly for a half o for 80 but they tried charging me for 100, after speaking to gm they honored the price so after picking it up went home and turns out it's mids, got 3 actual nugs all other nugs are popcorn or smaller, also asked budtender if they had any other packages I could choose from and they denied they did when they clearly had more. Been going here for 3 years and just disappointed that rec has made them upcharge and sell mids. If I could get my money back I would.

Been a customer for two years and went be today for the first time since adult use became legal. I gotta say it was very off putting to find out there is no longer a shake special. The last time I was there I was told I qualified for a free eighth with my points now you've changed the point structure so I no longer qualify until I spend more money. The security guard doesn't seem to have the best attitude. Definitely will not be coming here as much if at all anymore.

Honestly with everything I've been reading bout how negative people wanna be bout bloom, well I honestly believe it's a good pace to go to, staff is awesome, even tho it's a Lil hectic right now cuz of the recreational use as well bloom is doing a very good job, keep up the good job all staff from bloom!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly my biggest issues with this dispensary is their bud is way overpriced and doesn’t look that good, or taste well. Their shatter is trash (echo). The thing that kept me coming was they had the best deal for haze & main chocolate. Now we don’t get that deal. They do nothing but med/rec combined deals that are an absolute joke. Why would I want a free timeless head band with a purchase of $100 or more? That’s trash. You went from giving us deals on product to throwing shit in our bags. Med patients made your business. Ever since rec prices have drastically risen across the board. The type of customers that come in now are just trash of the street. Shouldn’t have to watch ghetto boy and his gf making out in public with your staff standing right next to us and not saying shit about it. You guys wanted rec. congrats you got it, but maybe treat us med patients better and not like some dog shit in the grass.

FTP med order placed online via Leafly, order confirmed, order was in-process and then was canceled without any explanation. Called, left messages - nobody answers the phone, no response, no call back, no explanation, nothing. Not a place that anyone should do business with! Zero stars on Customer Service and I'll never know how good or bad their products are since they can't even communicate, let alone complete a simple order.
