the service is hands down on point; however, the products they sold me were crap! even the venom wax was like the worst venom product I've ever had!

my shatter is so stuck to the wrapping i am losing almost half of what i paid for

I have now had 3 grams of "shatter" that were so sugary i couldnt get it all off the paper. For the price i pay, i should expect to get what i pay for not lose half my product to the packaging. Needless to say i will be going somewhere else from now on
