I am writing this review in regards to a pretty bad experience I’ve had within this dispensary. There is a guy with glasses, full on beard/facial hair, red headed who always seems to have a bad attitude. And i always seem to get this guy as my bud tender. My last situation i came in an asked about an item on the menu-a ‘peanut butter sandwich’ to be exact. Curious as to the wording i asked what exactly it was an i got a very sarcastic and almost annoyed response from this bud tender-“Have you ever seen a nutter butter? Just like that bro...” Then the very next day i called to speak to a manager about the situation and the ensuing review. I was told by a woman manager with either an Arabic or Hispanic accent that i would receive a ‘$50 credit’ to make up for the situation. I came in to redeem said credit only to be told they never added it and whatever “manager” i had spoken too didn’t exist. All around really terrible business practices for something that’s supposed to be for the patients. If you ask me these guys are just drug dealers with a store. In addition to this review I’ll be filing a right to protest with the county to warn other card holders beginning Monday the 17th outside of the store. See you folks then!

They don't answer the phone or update their menu and they keep changing their deals to benefit themselves and screw over the customer yet they want to blame the customers for not shopping there. Also added taxes a while ago and they just raised them again. Would not recommend

I love this dispensery. All the bud is great and the carts are awesome. If one ever breaks they replace it or discount your next one. Love their topicals.

the staff is very nice, I'll give it that, the bud what's complete garbo I'm sorry but if you're gonna charge $44 for some buds at least make it look nice, all of the tree looked like some stepped on, my grandma could grow some better stuff lol

they're not very nice or knowledgeable about the product. they act like they're doing you a favor.

If I am being completely honest, it is sad to have hired representatives who give patients attitude. Some representatives make it difficult for me to shop here. They always make me feel uncomfortable by the rude remarks they make if I ask for a cheaper tier of flower or information on a product. Also, the majority or not educated in their products they sell. During this new way of life online seems to be the only running business so it would be convenient if they had an online order process instead of just on call order. Every single time I call an hour ahead of time, I get there and my medication is never ready.

Since recreational went into effect it is impossible to get through calling and as a medical patient I refuse to wait for hours behind recreational users.

So the SG purple mr nice guy I was told was a bit dry. Which I was ok with for the price. What I was not told was that I would be basically using it as a filler for the other weed I bought No buzz whatsoever from it. The SG shark shock wasn’t much better. Although it does give a body high. Not much else. And I basically had to smoke my weight in it to feel a buzz. Disappointed. First time patient and basically got the second eighth for free. But I don’t even want it for free. Wish I would have just gone to the Green Halo like I usually do.

The best customer service, wax, buds and just vibes! Jordan and Arya are always knowledgeable and super friendly. My favorite and go to spot !!

Bait & Switch asked for Shark Shock which came up $6gr, told Budtender only had $20 and needed as much as I could get. Went to pay and only had 1.53 grams and it came to $19.95 they said it was only their SS strain that was $6 but didn't tell me they had 2 strains with the same name.

my budtender was great and very knowledgeable but it was my first time there so I can't really say just yet but I got some sun grown purple urple and another indica that I thought was called guava D. so far they're hitting pretty darn good but I still want to go back and try it there ingrown stuff it looked amazing.

I usually like it here but after being rushed and treated like a burden by the female budtender I will not spend my money here anymore I drove all the way out here and had $$$ to spend she was rude and acted like I was retarded, well I am disabled and sometimes it takes awhile to decide, I’m sick of people in out community who don’t understand mental illness, I have PTSD as my qualifying condition and so do a lot of others, I think you should train staff more( this was actually the only time I have felt like I was a burden maybe it was just her, and maybe I’m over reacting she could be having a bad day but shit my whole day is screwed because I’m so angry and humiliated) it was one of my fav places but not returning if she is there. Have a good day.
