The concentrate from here is real nice but the bud is small popcorn nugs and not the best quality
Dispensary response:
Thanks for the feedback! We are the first dispensary in Oregon to offer grams of flower at $3.75, which is incredible! The only way we can do that is to get some bud that doesn't look that great, but still smokes great. However, we have some amazing looking bud starting at $5.75 and I highly recommend you check some of that out the next time you come in!

Definitely looks how a dispensary is supposed to look when you think about one in the movies. Great atmosphere, great layout, easy to find what you're looking for and everything in there looks like quality stuff
Dispensary response:
Thank you so much for the review Savanna! We're definitely trying to offer you the most welcoming and pleasant cannabis experience in Oregon. Our great atmosphere is solely due to having great people like yourself coming in to visit and enjoy the best this industry has to offer, HOT DIEM! See you soon XD

they don't even answer the phone. no service, and no contact. Every dispensary in Salem answer their phone besides this place. wouldn't recommend trying to call cause they dont answer. so ill never know what this place is like cause they can't seem to answer a phone call.
Dispensary response:
Thanks for the feedback Trevor. We sincerely apologize for missing your phone call. Diem has been seeing a lot of traffic and unfortunately 1-2% of the phone calls have managed to slip through the cracks because of how busy we've been. It's definitely something we are trying to improve on. We've even had to hire more people so we can keep up with the surplus of in store traffic and phone calls. If you have any questions you may reach me directly via email, John@hellodiem.com, or you can call us back and expect an answer this time for we are staffed and readily available. Hope to hear from you soon!
