Hi leafly friends! My name is Michelle and I don't normally gush online about businesses, but I just have to say that Diem is amazing. Its rare to feel this type of commitment and passion from anyone in business, let alone in the cannabis industry. Every interaction I have had with them (two orders so far) has been incredible. They are literally bending over backwards to show their customers love. Thanks so much you guys! You have earned a long term customer with me!

I have been to other stores snd they are nice, but I always end up leaving feeling like I spent to much for what I got. So I read the reviews for this place and thought...well sure save money and check out a new place. I am glad I did. when you walk in it bright and clean. They had a good selection and good service, they stay with you till you find the right stain for what you need. Great product. Will be going back.

Place claimed they had a 26% off sale today.... Well when my wife went in and asked a staff member told her the deal was for another day??? Then when she got home and told me they'd ripped her off I called and the staff claimed they never sold to her what a joke. They obviously can not compete with the other shops in town prices that they make up these deals to get people into the door. Not me ever again thanks.

Hey, Don. We're really sorry you and your wife had a bad experience with our shop. We've been trying to figure out what happened that caused her to not get the sale. We definitely ran that 26% off sale last Wednesday and all of our budtenders were fully aware of what the day's sale was. The only reason to have not gotten the 26% off was if all the items purchased were "Daily Deal Items". We have a select set of items that we price as low as we possibly can and would lose money if we were to discount them any further. If that isn't the case then there is no excuse and no reason you guys shouldn't have received your discount. I truly hope you'll give us another chance in the future. We have very competitive prices and offer some of the lowest prices in Salem for certain products and product categories, so you can be sure we don't use false sales to trick people into shopping with us. We aim to provide good products at a good, fair price so that people can get the best cannabis products for their money. Best prices in Salem Keizer. Knowledgeable friendly staff and you don't have to guess what your flower looks like you get to see it up front nothing hidden or pre-packaged. I prefer to see it smell it before I buy it and that's what Diem provides

I have been to my fair share of dispensaries in Salem and they all have the same things in common from color schemes to having a small selection. Diem takes my expierence to another level, from the customer service to the selection they are amazing! I have never had a budtender who really listened and cared about what I want like they did. Oh and I almost forgot to mention the prices they have something for everyone!

I had a great experience with Diem delivery. I called and placed an order over the phone. Gabe was very friendly and pointed me in the right direction. Then they showed up in about 45 minutes with my order, accepted my debit card, and were on their way! Their prices are also amazing haven't seen anywhere that cheap.

place needs to word their Leafly deals better. You’ll read “25% off everything! You read that right! Everything!” (Literally the words) and you go in and they’ll be like “oh, everything is 25% off except for this, this and this) and you’re confused.

really liked this place for BUD, was gonna have some oil delivered, but when I called and tried to have 2 grams delivered that their Leafly page SAID could be delivered, they said the gram i wanted was not available for delivery? literally put a huge damper on my day.

I go to Diem 3 - 4 times a week and I am always very satisfied with their service, and the bud they sell there. They always have a Sativa and Indica on sale that are high in THC. They have a lot of other options as well. Best place in Salem OR. in my opinion, and I am picky!

looking at the buliding itself you would not think it was that big inside. it's so open and clean! Their customer service is fantastic!! Not only were they knowledgeable but they were very helpful as well, and unlike most dispensaries they did not seem as if they wanted me to leave.
