Dispensary 33 – Andersonville Chicago (Medical & Recreational)

Easy pre-open check in, got my text about 90 min later. Once inside the employees helped me pick a few strains and guide me to a good cartridge. Fast, easy check-out and quick order filling. 35 minutes from getting my text to out the door. Will be back!

I recently switched dispensaries. I started out at D33 but soon changed, I felt the selection and consistency of the selection wasn't there. My new dispensary has probably 10 times the selection across all the types of offerings. When I go back more times than not what I'm looking for is there. It's very consistent. The list of daily specials is vast and the discount is significant. They also offer a customer appreciation discount earned for every $500 spent.

I've been a customer at D33 for a few years. Each staff person there is warm and friendly. I've had experience with 2 other dispensaries when this highlight came more to my attention.

The folks who helped me were super informative and very friendly. The disposable vape and strain of flower I picked up were top-notch. Definitely helped me forget about my shoulder injury. Looking forward to my next visit. I will say if you're looking for a boatload of strains this isn't that type of shop but the flower/concentrates looked great.

The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me apply for my MMJ card, and by the next day I had my temporary card and could start shopping. Everything there is top quality, and the shop is sunny and quiet, very clean and calm feeling. The staff has good advice and recommendations for relief from different symptoms, and seem happy to share their knowledge. And they have free gram joints for new patients.

I switched to this dispensary about 6 months ago and my experience has been amazing. The service is top notch, the quality and knowledge about the product is sharp too. I feel like they all take time to really investigate their products so they can always give an excellent recommendation depending on your current needs. Also everyone is super friendly. I always stay a couple of extra minutes gossiping about bud or chatting about life. That being said- I've never waited more than 5 minutes for someone to help me out. I feel super comfortable asking questions and talking to everyone. I'm proud to call D33 my regular dispensary and I'd recommend it to anybody starting their medical cannabis journey. Their menu is a little limited, but that's actually a plus for me. Having too many options is overwhelming. And honestly the quality and variations of strains they have available are perfection. Definitely would love to have them start up a loyalty program!

Inconsistent product line. When you find something that works, and go back to get it again, they don’t have it.

NOT RECOMMENDED...Greedy parasites charging extortion prices. The worst and most vile of unethical and immoral creatures. If there is a hell it was made for these persons.

Walking in is like stepping into a luxurious jewelry store. All the displays are clean, visible, and clearly marked and the staff is extra courteous and knowledgeable.

Staff is very helpful and knowledgable. I learn something new every time I come in, which is important since I'm new to everything and want to treat specific things.

I think this location is good for folks who need to know a lot about their medicine.
