Well, I like that the Leafly pickup line what is moving as it should. As per my last review oh, I had an issue with the Leafly line. There was a gentleman at the window what is playing with his money changing order asking about things he was at the window at least 15 minutes while I stood in line. His visit was very good although you were not busy. And I'm always very impressed by your employees. Everyone is so nice and always willing to help much appreciated.

The line outside was blocks long today but having my medical marijuana card allowed me to park in the lot and go right in. The employees both inside and outside were respectful and very efficient with everyone. Seemed like a relaxed group of excited recreational users outside. I wish l had a Taco Truck like a smsrt entrepreneur in the city working the hungry lines

Knowledgeable and good humored staff. Great advice on products and modes of ingestion. Especially thru the recreational surge, place has kept the lid on due to good management

The service was quick and professional. The staff are friendly at all points of contact. They had hand sanitizer sitting at the front desk. Really couldn’t have had a more positive experience.

Great place

The staff is amazing. A few get a moody on phone or when there is too much going on....customer's, calls etc. However your employees love what they are doing and it shows. I hope the owners are sharing with the employees.

Been going here for a year, used to be able to buy anything you wanted with no limit. Now they care about their recreational customers over medical patients. You have a limit to how much you can buy at a time. I also want to point out that this place is family owned so I tried to give them my business but when you can’t get enough to supply that’s up to you. I guess I’ll give my money to corporations that have enough supply.

Always fast and very friendly. I do wish they would have a bit more products in the concentrates and preroll’s though.

Well, it’s been real EarthMed... I’ve been a patient here for almost a year and this place has gone downhill completely. Rec hasn’t even started and as a patient I can almost never get what I need. They have very limited concentrates available, never have the cartridges I need, and won’t let you purchase anymore than an 1/8 at a time (due to “flower shortages”) when I’ve spoken with other dispensaries and none of which are dealing with this. The people and team at EarthMed are all awesome, but the supply game is terrible. Patients need their medicine consistently.. I really wish this wasn’t an issue at EarthMed, but unfortunately it is, and I value the consistency more than anything. EarthMed would need to make some major changes for me to come back. Like have enough stock/supply to service your patients, consistently.
