Currently waiting over 2 and a half hours for delivery, original estimate was 20-40mins. contacted customer support (Louis) received little to no help. Was informed that they were contacting the driver, they were unable to provide an update and offered a measly $15 credit (for the delay). They were Unable to explain the delay and instead they told me that they had no update on the missing Driver and so we were unable to utilize the product as intended. Still waiting for the driver and no word on an accurate eta

Worst Delivery

After reading an article on clearly that mentioned this service, I decided to see if they delivered to my area since most deliveries stopped shipping in Hayward. I signed up, was approved in about 5 minutes, so far so good. So I figured, hell let's see if they come to Hayward. 16 minutes later I had two concentrates and a friendly driver handing me them. WHAT? It takes the pizza delivery 45 minutes to get here! 16 minutes? That's insane. Due to having CC options, the pickup is fast and seamless. They are open up to midnight, so when you stop working and realize you are out of stash - they are there for you. Definitely recommend this service to anyone. They are going to be a titan in the industry in the upcoming years: with their wide assortment of products, lab tested , super fast sonic speeds, and large delivery areas; this will be your one stop discreet delivery service. There is absolutely no reason to NOT use this service. TIP YOUR DRIVER WELL, they deserve it.

I don't blame the drivers for the bad quality medicine but I do blame Eaze. Received a terrible order medicine, when I went to ask them to return it, they banned my account.

Yesterday, I bought 1/8 oz of " Jack Herer" from Eaze, but I received a different kind of mini bad weed. The size, smell and taste are totally different than the real Jack Herer I use to buy. I asked them, by email, several times, to send me the real one or give me some way to return this and have my money back, but they don't even answer me.

Ease makes things quick and efficient. I enjoy the variety of menu items although the consistency of some of the buds can vary. I may order the same type of bud but one pkg may have fat nugs the other may be lil budlets. Nonetheless, the bud is still good and rarely not satisfied with the end results. They still give you a lot in terms of options with no order minimums if your low on cash just trying to get by. They are available when I wake up, and right before bed. Who can beat someone delivering to your door usually under an hour or even less than 20mins? Great local option when your not mobile or at work and need a Lil delivery! Pretty rolls, edibles, concentrates, flowers, you name they have it and bring it right to you. Thanks Eaze!

I have had problems off and on with Eaze, but they always came back with customer service and fixed everything. Monday I ordered 2 cartridges and spent $75. The cartridges do not work. I went and bought a new pen, thinking that was the problem. Nope, they still don't work. Tried a different cartridge and it works fine. I emailed them over 15 times since Tuesday - no response. Tonight I ordered 2 cartridges from them and put in the description that I was exchanging for these defective ones. The driver arrived and refused to exchange them and refused to contact anyone. Told me to email them. I said I have for 4 days now and no response. She said there was nothing she could do and left. She refused to call anyone. Now I am out $75 and have 2 defective cartridges and NO response from eaze! Do not buy from them. They do not care about you or what they sell you!

I'm a long-time Eaze user and somewhat of a cannabis connoisseur. I've sampled many of Eaze's top-shelf offerings from the last year, and the quality is exceptional. Their PR Chiquita Banana and PR Gorilla Glue #4 were extraordinary. My only complaint regarding Eaze's flowers is that they're lacking in truly fruity or exotic strains. I haven't found anything comparable to something like a real Purple Tangle or Sunset Sherbet-- yes, I tried both of Eaze's Tangie and Sherbet (by Mr. Sherbinski) strains. They were great, but not nearly as fruity as I honestly expected given their pedigree. Expect green buds with earthy, citrusy, chocolaty, and occasionally cheesy terpenes from Eaze's partners. I'm still waiting for a truly purple, blue, or orange cut though. Beyond the product, the service is extraordinary with friendly drivers, prompt deliveries, and a constantly-expanding menu. I'm very much looking forward to see where Eaze goes in 2017.

After moving to the US from France, I have only used Eaze. I did not have a recommendation letter from a doctor before and Eaze helped with this. Living in the SF bay area, the delivery can be lengthy sometimes, but nothing excessive for this kind of service. When I am in downtown SF, the delivery is always faster than 15 minutes. One critique I have is about the bags the product comes in. Seeing as their only purpose is to move from the delivery car and into my house, there should be some kind of recycling program in place so they don’t go to waste. Despite this, I have been almost always satisfied and I recommend Eaze 100%.

Great delivery service, and pretty reasonable prices. As a first time customer, you get $20 off your first 3 purchases ($60 in total), so if you're into cartridges like I am, you can potentially get one for $7 or $8 with tax. Also, if you refer someone, you get $20 credit once they have made a purchase. Pretty insane! My only gripe is that I wish they had a larger selection of cartridges (they have the state, bloom farms, and I believe butter brand in my area), but have tons to choose from in terms of flower. Definitely recommend giving this place a try.

They have a wide selection of tree. A range of prices. What I like most is the State oil cartridges. Always at my house within a half hour. Great customer service never had a rude driver. I would definitely recommend to someone who is lazy or just can't get to the dispensary.

I use Eaze all the time now. Just make sure you double check your order before they drive off. That would negate about 75% of these negative comments. Use common sense: the drivers are in their cars, answering orders, and tossing inventory into bags. Of course there's room for human error. They also have deals all the time. Highly recommended.

Eaze is a great service! I do not live close to a dispensary - the closest one is about 20 miles, and my only time to go there is on the weekends, which is sort of a hassle. Eaze has a decent selection of flowers, edibles, waxes and concentrates - the selection is relatively limited, but the quality is outstanding. Every delivery driver I've ever interacted with is discreet, professional and pleasant. I love that they're now accepting credit cards, and that their menu has expanded. They give you an ETA so you can plan your time, and their app has a beautiful interface and user experience, for both mobile and desktop. Love Eaze!

I like that the drivers are relaxing abit,🙃 Admittedly, I am a rugged kind of dude, but I am all for service with a smile. I'd take a smirk every time over someone looking scared. I'm just saying.

Eaze is true to its word. I used to have to drive all the way to San Francisco (30 minutes) to go in person to a dispensary, which isn't bad at all. Feels like a candy shop. But the convenience, quality and service of Eaze fits really well with my lifestyle especially when working long hours and need to relax. The best service available in town. Would recommend to expand the menu some more to allow for more variety regarding additional strains from more locations. Not to mention Eaze MD. Get your recommendation letter in less than 1 minute. Eaze is a great delivery service because it's easy to order from your phone and it's available everyday until midnight. It's been a game changer for people on the peninsula as we don't have to drive 30-40 minutes to get our medicine. They also have a large and varied selection. The beauty of Eaze is the driver delivers it to your door! As long as they don't get rid of this feature, or allow drivers to circumvent it, Eaze will remain the best and most discrete delivery service in the Bay Area!

As someone who works 6 days a week, Eaze is a true life saver. Eaze has a wide collection of flowers, edibles, waxes, and cartridges for pens. Absolutely love Eaze. Every product I've gotten from them, whether it be an edible a flower or a concentrate has always gotten the job done to the best of their abilities. I'm a major fan of the concentrates they carry considering that they have a wide variety it's easy to find exactly what anyone is looking for. Delivery times are great no more than 25 minutes, delivery drivers are always cool not pushy for tips or rude and the product is spot on.
