Had my neighbor share son of their buds one evening, it was so good I took it upon myself to go there myself. First time I spoke with Josh and and the last time I was there I spoke with Emily and both times I was really made to feel like I was talking to a good friend. The staff is super friendly as well as.informative and will really try to tailor the experience to you. Not only that but their parent company grows in house essentially which allows for lots of quality control. I would say they have the most top shelf bud at the best prices in Eugene. Wonderful business, would recommend to anyone who actually cares about what their smoking.

Our of the stores I've visited, Serra's is the only place I truly trust. The service is too notch, friendly, down to earth. They are helpful if need help deciding. The prices are always accurate, which isn't always the case. Great selection. What can I say, it's my favorite dispensary in Eugene.

Best dispensary in town! Felt very welcomed during my visit. A bud tender named Cali helped me. He was so helpful and had so much knowledge. I was very impressed. Definitely coming back again. Best weed in town.

I was not impressed by this location. I sat in the waiting room for ten minutes before I was acknowledged by a staff member. I waited another five to ten minutes for the budtender to finish a transaction that was already in progress upon my arrival. The entire process was incredibly inefficient due to their policy of only allowing one person back at a time. In addition to that the advertised specials that I had checked prior to coming into the store were no longer in effect. I asked the budtender how recently this changed, she got very defensive, and responded with an attitude that made me feel like I was not welcome there because I have a very limited budget for Cannabis. The cherry on top is that their flower is incredibly over priced for what it is. There are far superior products in town produced locally, for a fair price, without the pretentious facade and elitist attitude of the budtender. I will never return to this store and seriously doubt that they can compete with any of the other awesome stores in the area.

I love this dispensary. Everything is displayed very nicely, friendly and knowledgeable staff and wonderful product. I am very happy this place was recommended to me, otherwise I probably never would have found it. It's definitely in my very top few favorites in Eugene. And a plus, they are one of the few dispensaries that can still give discounts, for now. They have a different sale going on every day of the week. Definitely stop in.

Not super stoked on another new shop with all Portland cannabis, also the budtender that helped me was super over bearing and asked me more questions than I asked her she also assured me they were the only place in Eugene that had key lime pie which was funny considering I scooped up some top notch key lime from greener side the day before. The cannabis quality is probably the only reason I will come back. The strawberry banana was super tasty: But seriously get some local products

You can't really tell from the street but inside Serra is a great dispensary for Rec (and Medical). The staff & budtenders are patient,informed, and have always tried to accommodate my needs being it finding the right strain or working around my budget!Thank you Emily for helping me pick out some great stuff! They also have. awesome daily specials, and the atmosphere is anything if not pleasant! Their wide array of items are neatly laid out for easy browsing. It makes for less confusion in comparison to other dispensaries!

Serra Eugene is AWESOME!! Usually I am not a huge fan of dispensaries that give off the spa vibe but this one is different! The quality of the bud is tremendous and the price is great.

Hands down favorite. Everything about this place is lovely; the staff, the layout, cleanliness, and especially the bud. Budtender always gives a great recommendation if you ever feel indecisive. Prices are fine, you always get high quality. I wish there was a loyalty program :)

Best prices in town for top shelf. Beautiful interior and nice bud tenders. I just got some of the best meds I've ever smoked from there at a very reasonable price. Good parking too. 5 stars on everything

Serra has some neat near exclusives, such as white heat# 5. their presentation of bud is great as well. seated in glass like an exhibit, you get to have a clear look at what you're getting, and the staff is always super helpful.

The parking is terrible, the energy and atmosphere, as well as attitudes are pretty unbelievable for the "Feel all the feelings" never going back. worse vibe ever. fyi... they share a menu with all 3 stores together.. not very organized or convenient.

Picked up a quarter yesterday. Over ten seeds found so far...Needless to say I will not be returning.

I love Serra! I live nearby so not only is it convenient, but the budtenders are so kind and knowledgeable.

I really like this new place. The staff have all been really friendly and helpful. I love the way the flower is displayed here--it's really easy to see the different strains, and the budtenders gladly open up jars for you to smell the ones you're interested in. And everything I've gotten has been very high quality, even if it's at a discounted price. They have a great variety also. I keep coming back to this place!!

Overall, Serra is one of my favorite in Eugene to date. Lovely staff, great atmosphere, and wonderful selection! I look forward to visiting Serra again!

I've come into this fine shop a few times, each time I come out smiling. The service is superb, the product is on point, and the location is prime. Easy street parking. The staff is the reason i keep coming back though. Always to happy to assist me in any way.

this is a great location for me because it is right by the bus stop. the place was nicely set up, the employees were very nice and the weed looks to be first rate. as a medical cardholder, their selection of CBD strains is first rate.
