Stopped in for a quick purchase. Wanted a 5 pack of pre rolls price was 12. Bud tender could not find the five pack so instead got a single and two doubles. Went to pay and price was 15 dollars. Bud tender said it should be more. Didn't buy anything and went to High Lakes down the street where they know how to treat customers

I recently bought clones here. Not being a seasoned grower, I didn’t know to check for spider mite infestation with a magnifying glass at the time of purchase (also trusted the dispensary to sell me quality). It took me a time to realize why the plants we’re dying. When I tried to explain what happened to the manager I was treated rudely and dismissed. I will never buy anything from ET again.

Delt with the individuals that opened the store. Horrible customer service. Not honest to customers or thier employees. The stores motto is caring and compassion. I was not shown any of that. Will Never shop there again. Bad PR. Remember word of mouth is fast in a small town.

It USED to be MY ONLY "Go-To" dispensary, I've spent thousands of dollars with them in the past year, until one day recently I bought $100.00+ worth of pre-rolls " Lady J's Brand" 4 different types of strains mind you of this particular "Premium pre-roll brand" They costed roughly $27.00 EACH for a 10 pack, so I bought 4 different kinds: 1. Mendo Breath (10pk) 2. Forbidden Fruit (10pk) 3. Wedding Cake (10pk x 2) All of them was the same harvest date, summary of my recent experience: They sold me the STALEST, MOST OUTDATED with a harvest date of: 10-11-2019, I smoked 5 of them back to back from 4 different strains/pre-rolls just to be sure the first was not fluke joint, EVERY SINGLE ONE IS THE SAME ACROSS 4 STRAINS/SEPERATE BOX'S!! DRY STALE 0% POTENTCY!! Truly Feel Unsatisfied: 1.) They WILL NOT burn properly period, they "Run" like crazy once you are able to get the cherry to light!! 2.) They WILL NOT "PULL/DRAW" and smoke barely at all, puffing on them like a locomotion train/madman but nothing comes out just a burning cherry with 0 smoke to inhale.. 3.) Tasted like some "Dry/Raspy/Harsh Air/Lawn Clippings." 0 Flavor They Bragged About. 4.) They SAID IT WAS MY FAULT FOR BUYING THEM WHEN I CALLED BACK!! And that they are stale because of "Paper Box" NOT because 2 years old/staled! I have cancer and this was supposed to keep my nausea at bay for next 2 weeks!! They WILL NOT Refund Them!! THEY WOULD NOT Remedy The Ripoff In Any Form & Fashion They Just Pulled On Me. Most Infuriating Of ALL They Wouldn't Even Apologize For Selling A "Premium Topshelf Expensive Product" at FULL PRICE that's GOING ON 2 YEARS OLD/STALE to an "Unsuspecting Customer" This COULD BE YOU!

Quick and efficient when store is busy, nice and chill for easy talk story when slow.

We went three times. The first two times, the tender was helpful and knowledgeable. The second time, when we opened it, we found it melted together. It was a different strain of the same product we were happy with the first visit. The manager on duty first tried to blame us, telling us we left it in the heat and told us we melted it. When we explained that we went from the store to the motel and it had not been exposed to heat, he quickly switched and said it was the strain. All we wanted was to exchange and also purchase more. In the first 2 visits, we spent over $300. They would not stand behind a $20 item. Very sad.

I liked walking in to a store to be greeted by friendly staff eager to help. I was very impressed with not only the outstanding attitude of staff in general, but how neat and clean the store looked. The selection is excellent, and I was very pleased with my order. For sure will return to Emerald!

I’d never shop at any Klamath falls locations as a medical card holder the managers get flustered when askedquestions so they’ll refuse service. Bud tenders will trick caregivers and ask ‘is this for you or ‘someone else’’ once they say them they refuse to sell medical price to them. It’s entrapment and it’s not ok. I’m a patient my caregiver has been refused sales multiple times by this phrase they say while I have been sitting out in the car waiting for them to come out with my medication just to be told they told her to leave.

Travis is a weirdo. He told the shop to ask caretakers if product is for them if they say yes you aren’t able to use your medical card. As a patient it’s none of there business what my name is if my caretaker is buying for me. They need to be reported
