Emerald Triangle Dispensary - Klamath Falls

I got a text recently that the Emerald Triangle Superstore was celebrating its seventh anniversary in Klamath Falls. That’s no small accomplishment — many small businesses have come and gone in those seven years, and Dispensaries are hardly a novelty item any more. I suggest that it’s the quality of the employees that keeps customers like me coming back, year after year. Sam, Matt, and Rico are three of the Bud Tenders who I look forward to seeing — they remember my past purchases and my preferences, and customer service like *that* is hard to find, and it’ll bring me back, year after year. Sam especially did an outstanding job recommending some glassware that my wife *still* talks about every time we use it — that’s how well Sam knew his customer as well as his inventory. When one of my favorite selections was sold out, Matt and Rico both were able to offer up alternatives that proved more than satisfactory — a 2-gram “trial” purchase to check it out turned into a quarter every time I could, until it was gone! 😀 It’s also where I took my older brother when he was in town for Best Man Duties at my wedding in 2021—that’s how much I think of Emerald Triangle! I would recommend the Emerald Triangle Superstore with zero hesitation to anyone.

Shitty store, crappy management, the dumba** is charge needs to get their shit together. What a joke of a store. I feel bad for the employees.

Never Had a bad experience here. I found quality and price to satisfy me. Everything is up front. Wish we had this in the 70s and 80s.

Stopped in for a quick purchase. Wanted a 5 pack of pre rolls price was 12. Bud tender could not find the five pack so instead got a single and two doubles. Went to pay and price was 15 dollars. Bud tender said it should be more. Didn't buy anything and went to High Lakes down the street where they know how to treat customers

I just looked at $7.20 flower. It was all well over a year old. I’m going elsewhere. Don’t they know THC deteriorates??

I recently bought clones here. Not being a seasoned grower, I didn’t know to check for spider mite infestation with a magnifying glass at the time of purchase (also trusted the dispensary to sell me quality). It took me a time to realize why the plants we’re dying. When I tried to explain what happened to the manager I was treated rudely and dismissed. I will never buy anything from ET again.

It USED to be MY ONLY "Go-To" dispensary, I've spent thousands of dollars with them in the past year, until one day recently I bought $100.00+ worth of pre-rolls " Lady J's Brand" 4 different types of strains mind you of this particular "Premium pre-roll brand" They costed roughly $27.00 EACH for a 10 pack, so I bought 4 different kinds: 1. Mendo Breath (10pk) 2. Forbidden Fruit (10pk) 3. Wedding Cake (10pk x 2) All of them was the same harvest date, summary of my recent experience: They sold me the STALEST, MOST OUTDATED with a harvest date of: 10-11-2019, I smoked 5 of them back to back from 4 different strains/pre-rolls just to be sure the first was not fluke joint, EVERY SINGLE ONE IS THE SAME ACROSS 4 STRAINS/SEPERATE BOX'S!! DRY STALE 0% POTENTCY!! Truly Feel Unsatisfied: 1.) They WILL NOT burn properly period, they "Run" like crazy once you are able to get the cherry to light!! 2.) They WILL NOT "PULL/DRAW" and smoke barely at all, puffing on them like a locomotion train/madman but nothing comes out just a burning cherry with 0 smoke to inhale.. 3.) Tasted like some "Dry/Raspy/Harsh Air/Lawn Clippings." 0 Flavor They Bragged About. 4.) They SAID IT WAS MY FAULT FOR BUYING THEM WHEN I CALLED BACK!! And that they are stale because of "Paper Box" NOT because 2 years old/staled! I have cancer and this was supposed to keep my nausea at bay for next 2 weeks!! They WILL NOT Refund Them!! THEY WOULD NOT Remedy The Ripoff In Any Form & Fashion They Just Pulled On Me. Most Infuriating Of ALL They Wouldn't Even Apologize For Selling A "Premium Topshelf Expensive Product" at FULL PRICE that's GOING ON 2 YEARS OLD/STALE to an "Unsuspecting Customer" This COULD BE YOU!

We went three times. The first two times, the tender was helpful and knowledgeable. The second time, when we opened it, we found it melted together. It was a different strain of the same product we were happy with the first visit. The manager on duty first tried to blame us, telling us we left it in the heat and told us we melted it. When we explained that we went from the store to the motel and it had not been exposed to heat, he quickly switched and said it was the strain. All we wanted was to exchange and also purchase more. In the first 2 visits, we spent over $300. They would not stand behind a $20 item. Very sad.

I liked walking in to a store to be greeted by friendly staff eager to help. I was very impressed with not only the outstanding attitude of staff in general, but how neat and clean the store looked. The selection is excellent, and I was very pleased with my order. For sure will return to Emerald!

I’d never shop at any Klamath falls locations as a medical card holder the managers get flustered when askedquestions so they’ll refuse service. Bud tenders will trick caregivers and ask ‘is this for you or ‘someone else’’ once they say them they refuse to sell medical price to them. It’s entrapment and it’s not ok. I’m a patient my caregiver has been refused sales multiple times by this phrase they say while I have been sitting out in the car waiting for them to come out with my medication just to be told they told her to leave.
