I gotta say they have a guy there by the name of "Sam" they really need to give that man a raise or at least a employee appreciation reward or something... Everytime that guy is my bud tender I always leave smiling and overall my mood is elevated and it's thanks to good people like that. Again thank you Sam if you're reading this 😎

Service is always MOST IMPORTANT, NAILED IT, Prices, a wide range of affordability and quality products. I'm a Happy customer and I'll be back. FYI leash is down but you can still send yer order, they just fill it when you get there.

I’ve shopped here for years but, nowadays it seems as if their buds are never fresh. Last 1/2 oz I bought was dry as hell.

not likely to return to this company for my cannabis. felt more like a just give us your money and get out kinda environment. i have extensive exposure to dispensaries all over numerous states and find the more in depth the information i can glean from those who work for any establishment. that being said it seemed as if my constant queries about numerous items they had were not appreciated by the staff. bottom line.......... don't enjoy answering questions about product then i'll take my business elsewhere. I lost my receipt and I can’t remember my bud tender but the last time I went it was the guy with the huge gauges and I have to admit he is one of my favorite employees because he knows what I want since I go there so often However every employee there has been extremely helpful and quick to assist me and they always get me what I need right away. Y’all should start wearing name tags.😂 overall, this place is a 10 out of 10. It’s the only dispensary I go to. They’re doing a great job keep it up guys.❤️

We love all of the budtenders and managers. Always greeted with a smile, knowledgeable, and prompt service. I only shop at Emerald Triangle! Oh and the great daily deals cannot be missed!

The employees at this Emerald triangle are rude disqualified they tried to sell me moldy marijuana and even didn’t give me back the correct change argued with me about what I wanted to purchase and it was just an overall terrible experience. I recommend nobody shop at this emerald triangle. I wish this wasn’t the review that I’m leaving, but they earned it and they earned it well, and they really stood up behind having this shit review

Delt with the individuals that opened the store. Horrible customer service. Not honest to customers or thier employees. The stores motto is caring and compassion. I was not shown any of that. Will Never shop there again. Bad PR. Remember word of mouth is fast in a small town.

Poor management budtenders have no desire to help medical patients find good products. I’ve had budtenders tell me they don’t even smoke so why work here

Update on year old flower- I called and talk to them and told them my problem. I asked to speak to a manager who they said was not there. They took down my information and promised he would call. They did not call. I called back no help. This storeGet you to write a four-star interview to get a discount. That’s why the reviews are so high. Beware if you have a problem they’re not gonna help you.

The store is very well organized and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We went in to try to find something to help my wife with her arthritis joint pain. I was skeptical that the topical ointment they recommended would work because other plain CBD products we had tried didn't help much. We tried the CBD with THC ointment and it worked very well. We go back every couple of months to get more. I am glad they are here and I have gained a great deal of respect for what they do.

This is my second year of buying clones from Emerald Triangle superstore. They have a nice supply of clones and the clerk let me pick the ones I wanted. Last years crop was great, so I'm sure this years will be great too. If you are interested in trying to grow your own, this is the way to go to guarantee you will only have female plants. They are very helpful and courteous to their customers. I will definitely be back and will send in my friends, too.
