I wanted to love this dispensary. What made me switch from my previous dispensary to New Age Care was that they boasted about being all medical because they are “for the patients”. My first couple of visits were okay. No one really approaches you to ask if you have questions or to even explain how they operate. I understand we’re in a pandemic and we have to keep our distance, but it always felt like a “Okay you’re here, pick what you want and go” type atmosphere. Yesterdays visit was awful. They have reduced hours, which I can respect, to keep themselves safe. But no where on their website did they put they were experiencing LONG wait times. No where on their social media did they put a quick heads up. I arrived to pick up my online order to be told the wait was 25 minutes. After asking my place in line, I was given complete attitude by an employee not once, but twice. I was told I could not “loiter” the premises. After waiting almost 40 minutes, I was then told there still 12 people ahead of me. There was absolutely zero compassion to patients about the wait times. I heard how other patients were being talked to.

 Do not lie to your patients in order to keep them waiting so you can take their money. Be honest and upfront about wait times, put a system in place if you are going to reduce your hours. Give a courtesy warning on your social media instead of caring more about hyping up the strains you carry. NOW you send an email stating you can only take online orders. Well, I had an online order yesterday. So disappointed in New Age Care. The patient service was just terrible. I have switched back to my previous dispensary. So I made the situation better for myself.

Management said they would give me a call, still haven’t heard from them.

This is my medical shop. Been coming here since last year in January 2020. Great staff. Friendly and helpful atmosphere. Prices are steady but are starting to increase. Will continue to come here. Thanks, guys.

The service has always been fantastic at New Age Care and I can get in and out of there in a relatively quick time. The people are friendly, the store is clean and security is tight. My only gripe is the prices in Illinois are high. But that's everywhere in the state, there has to be a way the start can help those of us who truly want to use cannabis as medicine and come off narcotics out of the large amounts of state tax dollars coming in. Especially once adult use takes off. If I purchased the cannabis I need for pain relief and come off these narcotics completely I would do it in a heartbeat but I'm lucky if I can purchase two to three grams of concentrate a month, that's nice but it's putting a bandaid on a gushing wound. Besides all that NAC is a medical cannabis shop only thanks to the city of Mount Prospect I"m told by one of the employees and as much of a bummer as it is for healthy people wanting to partake in the fine medicine I really appreciate it and hope it stays this way. We need more patients using cannabis instead of the medicines they're feeding us but don't take my word for it t as ll to your doctor's. All I am is a disgruntled sick guy trying to figure all this out too. Parking is in front just have your ID's ready and a debit card or cash and you're leaving with something you'll really appreciate. FYI, I've had trouble ordering using their menu on my smartphone. Which they know about but using the computer wasn't a problem. Thanks

I’ve been going to NAC for about 6 months. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They are quick and efficient as well.

We've been with this dispensary for a little over a year...and we're leaving. We spend upwards of $1k/mo but this place can't seem to get it together. A year ago, they were on top of their game. They had great budtenders and they were willing to help. Now? Ha! Money grab. They have sold our orders to other customers (orders we placed minutes before leaving our house to head to the dispensary). They have misfilled our online orders without telling us about changes until after the sale has been made (surprise! No returns!). Their budtenders have no clue what they are doing and, even better, they expect you to discuss your medical history and conditions right in front of other customers. HIPAA violation anyone? Go elsewhere. This place doesn't care about you or any other medical patient. They are a shame to the industry.

This dispensary is owned by Revolution, so you will find a good amount of their products. Their flower is average and they have a limited selection of all products. The people who work there are not knowledgeable and not very nice. The biggest reason I don't like this place is because they charge $70 for an 8th from Goldleaf/Verano@!!! This is ridiculous to charge a premium price for a product that is better than yours. What a bully move. This is my medicine and I shouldn't have to pay an extra 10$ because Revolution can't grow quality cannabis. This is wrong and a perfect example of how every business owner is looking to monetize on every aspect of their business, instead of just working hard and providing a better quality product than their competitors.

This place has become very unorganized with the new hours. They are unable to effectively handle the flow of patients and have cancelled my orders more than once in the past 2 weeks, because they suddenly had to close at 2pm. I placed an online order and was told I could only pick it up at a specific time (1:00 pm - 1:30 pm). When I arrived at 1:15 pm, I was told there was an additional wait of 1.5 hours. When I asked why, I was told that everyone else had to wait and there are other dispensaries around that can service me. That attitude is not one I expect from a medical facility. And yes, there are many, if not all other dispensaries, that are better at servicing medical patients.

I've been going to NAC for 7 months now and I couldn't be happier with choice. They always have plenty of product, open on Sundays and the staff is top notch. The website is easy and quick to use for online ordering. Never had a problem. The staff is awesome too. Once we're past this COVID-19 problem I hope they open up the Saturday Learn sessions. Those are totally helpful. I'm glad they decided to stick to being a medical only store too. This place is top notch.

professional, courteous, fast. Very comfortable environment with seating, reading materials and info. Don't get too comfortable tho, the wait is usefully never long. One note to people who say there staff isn't knowledgeable, this is medicine and that's not an exact science. Do your own research about what you put into your body, then have questions so they can guide you. I did this and they helped me find the right paths for many different issues.

Each time I visit, I am more disappointed than the previous time. They changed computer systems, now it sucks. Online ordering doesn’t work because they run out even if you place the order for it. Why allow online ordering if your inventory is jacked up? Staff is looking harried, less friendly than they used to be. Disappointing.

Switched over after 2 and a half years. Wow, wish I had done it sooner. Selection is smaller but refined and just right for their size. Atmosphere is very warm, everyone is friendly and you feel more of a private / one on one experience. My last place i felt like a piece of cattle being roped in line just to be met with sorry were out. The RSO discount alone makes this place a solid #1. Thanks Josette for all your help!

I made a trip up near NAC over this last weekend so I decided to transfer over to them and check them out. Great dispensary all around. They were friendly from the minute I walked in until I walked out. The variety of everything (flower, concentrates, vapes, edibles) was very nice and great to choose from. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely be making a trip back!

I have been coming here for a couple of months now. Just got my medical card. When I first started I knew nothing about any of this. I have fibromyalgia and a few other issues that cause pain and had no idea what to buy for my pain, and sleep issues. I'm not new to smoke, but It's all become such a science I can't believe it. The staff is so knowledgeable and they take the time to educated me, and within a few trials, I was able to find a strains that really help me. One for daytime and one for night. I smoke flower mostly, but have eased into edibles to help me stay asleep. I would never have tried anything like that, if the staff wasnt so educated. The store is welcoming, you don't feel rushed, or stupid for asking questions. and Now they have this new rewards system so I can earn loyalty points. wow! It's a totally different world. I recommend this shop to others. It was recommended to me by my friend who has been a patient here for over a year. So referral 3rd generation to you dear reader. New Age Care must be a good place!
