Great shop, location isn't too bad either. Have came here many times for the past couple months and noticed that it is a hit or miss on your overall experience depending on your Budtender. the negative experience i've gotteh here was when I went in during their specials weekly deals, and did not get discounted for my purchase that was "sale" that day. Also need to update their: "Price Matching! We will match any price from our local community. Please have the menu from the location in hand, and we will match any non-flower product instantly." Cause I tried to price match a cartage at a local shop, I was informed that "it had to be from the same batch/date for the item to be price matched" That is impossible and should also be noted online if that's the case.

I'm reading some of these reviews, and am embarrassed by the nonsense that people will right about a place just because they didn't get what they wanted or felt it was to expensive. I found the employees here totally enjoyable to work with, knowledgeable and more important patient. Some patients don't know what they want and need more help. The flower selection was GREAT! What I got was FANTASTIC!! Fresh and exactly what I expected. The price is in line with other areas of the state for quality flower, with certain exceptions. But that is what certain growers demand. Wow! Over $400 for an ounce! must be phenomenal! I will definitely be back and let others know about Eugene OG and crew! Great job!

#1 Dispensary in Eugene, is my opinion on this shop. Their product is always high quality! They have the biggest selection in lane county and always at a fair price. They deliver anywhere in Eugene, enough said. And if you go down to the shop you will be greeted with a staff that is knowledgeable and passionate about their job but also chill not trying to over sell anything. Just a great group of people running this place! This is all in my humble opinion I have been to every shop in town and most are pretty cool I never drive out of my way but if I’m on this side of town none match OG.
These folks are the best. I can’t drive anymore, so the free delivery is a godsend and is very much appreciated. They also give me an old fart discount.

Accessibility: I didn't see a lot of parking space but the location is great for me. This area is great for walkers, bikers and bus riders. Floor Plan: Attractive organization. The layout is a little confusing at first because you kind of have to spin around to see all that's available but it does feel open and clean. Ambience: It is bright and warm, in my visit the music was loud. Experience: A couple of the staff were distracted with each others flirty staring. They shouldn't work at the same time, especially with heavily regulated stuff. I was greeted and assured id have help as soon as I walked in. Product: This place has great merch and product. Big selection at reasonable prices. The pop-top container have corners so I had to dig to get every last drop.

They consistently have good herb at a decent price but I feel rushed when I come here. Service could be better. The girl with black hair is nice.
Really a wonderfully constructed store. Well furnished and we'll staffed this store looks good! EVERYTHING is so expensive though! I would love to make a store like this my spot but $70 grams of concentrate when there is so much competition around here doesn't add up to me. Will continue to follow!

Hands down the best dispensary in Lane county. Quality product, easy access and parking (front and back), friendly and knowledgeable staff, a plethora of specials, and every day veteran's discounts. Always a pleasure stopping by!
I love to check out new dispensaries, but Eugene OG is like home. They have a great selection of products, fair prices, but most of all, they have really great people (kind, most of the budtenders are very knowledgeable, and they always go out of their way to find just what their customers need). I've been going here since they opened, and I can't say enough good things about Eugene OG and its people.

This is by far the best shop in town, but one of the best in Oregon in my experience! Such a great atmosphere and the herb is always heavenly!!! The owner knows his products and prices them well, not to mention the literal best oil prices in the state, Not an exaggeration, I did the research. In the mother luvin state! BT's are light and fun too, none of that emotionally distraught stuff. Beaver Bowls baby!!!
I have been coming here for years. They used to care a lot about the people who came in, now it's all about the money. I will not recommend any more people to your snobby rude unprofessional RETAIL store.

We were recommended this spot by another dispensary when in town. The herb was good with a very nice selection. The budtender was very unfriendly. He did not recommend anything worthwhile. I liked that they had the jars on the table so I could budtend for myself.
