Hard to see actual storefront

Super clean, professional and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Didn't feel rushed even though they were pretty busy. Took time to explain the cabinet full of vape/concentrate pens to us newbies. Went in for a pre-roll, but we'd been curious and decided to ask about the vapes. I'm glad we did, we left with two (a flower and a concentrate) pens. We were first-time medical patients so we also got some awesome free dank, that we would have paid for anyway. Wish I could remember the guy's name who helped us, tall, long hair and super cool. Thanks guy!

By far my best visit to Eugene OG ever. Daniel is a solid budtender and extremely knowledgeable about medical cannabis. Biff was very helpful as well. Definitely coming back. Thanks for the spectacular customer service.

the best prices, the best delivery service ave the budtenders r on point with advise. I ask them about strains and always end up with just what I need. They r kind and fun people. I won't shop anywhere else!!!!😎 Thanks to all that work there.

This is far and away my favorite dispensary in town! The staff is super helpful, friendly, and you can tell they genuinely enjoy their jobs. Special shout out to Nate for always helping me find exactly what I want!
If you come to Eugene, stop at Eugene OG for sure.

Last time I will go there! I am Nurse getting Cancer meds for my patients.. Stood there for 10 minutes while they kept passing me by! Never Ever will I go there !! Good product or not! Very disappointed.. Inspend hundreds weekly and feel very disappointed.. Back to my regular dispensary

Unfortunately, at times we get struck with incredibly busy rushes of customers, and because we do not keep our customer's information we don't have a queue to go off of. The task of knowing who is next is then left to the bud tenders, who are more often than not, very diligent about helping people in the order they come in. With that being said mistakes do happen from time to time, and in those instances a customer's voice is their best tool to let our wonderful bud tenders know who is next. We opened originally as a medical dispensary and still happily cater to the needs of our medical customers to the best of our abilities. If you give us another chance we will more than likely give you the attention you, and all of our customers deserve. I went in this evening for a specific strain. Was talking with the bud tender about that strain and 2 others, and through the conversation there was a miscommunication and I was given the wrong strain. When I got home I noticed the issue and called them up. I was simply told, sure come on down and we'll make it right. That's just what they did. I'm glad to be a customer of Eugene OG. They take care of their customers and that can't be said for many places in the area. Truly one of my 2 go to places in the county. Keep on keepin' it OG!!!

I love this location, and it's fantastic. I bought some fantastic medicine, and staff recommended Princess Mononoke . I watched Princess Mononoke via English sub, and it was a great one! Thanks a bunch for recommendation, and thank you for super fantastic flower medicine!

I live in eugene and this is the only
dispensary I come to because of how quick and easy it is to get in and out. very clean and comfortable atmosphere with nice staff.

Love the overall of this place. Everyone always seems to have their own way of welcoming each person. So this is a huge plus. Selection is also always pretty top notch. No complaints and I'd like to also note that the glass selection is also pretty nice! Only complaints .. get more large sweaters in! Lol! Need one of those stat! Tristan @Top5.5poT Stay High Quality!

This location was great. The receptionist was very friendly and checked us in very fast. The selection is fantastic, and the environment has great vibes. We've been here 3 times already, and each time we're impressed with our purchase. The staff is very informative and helpful. Would definitely recommend this dispensery to any marijuana enthusiast.

Eugene OG is a proper dispensary with all of the above and mad love!
Quality is a way of life for the OG'z of Eugene OG and the service is just phenomenal, every bud tender in the house knows what time it is and will assist you in finding the perfect medicine for what ails you.
The atmosphere is great and the aromatherapy action as you enter the door sets you straight right from the jump.
We sampled a few flavors and they were all fire but The Hog stands out in a field of dreams, she tasted like pineapples melted into a pua'a (pig) cooked all night in a imu (Hawaiian pit oven) and keeps you blazed the whole time!!
