The bud tenders are all very nice and knowledgeable. They don’t treat you like you are stupid for asking questions. I truly appreciate the ideas and suggestions that they make.

I pulled up your transaction (from March 7th, the only time you've been here), since you keep ignoring my requests to reach out to me. You were given an empty container in which we replaced with the correct container no problem whatsoever and gave you some freebies on top of that. You've yet to tell me what false prices were advertised and you keep saying our math was off but I've pulled up your receipt (you spent less than you claim as well) and dont see where the pricing mishap is. I've tried to make things right with you but you will not reach out to us to make it right, instead you keep leaving us bad review after bad review. You even deleted your comments on Instagram when we tried to make things right with you. We'd love to, but you're not letting us. I'm not sure what kind of grudge you have with us or why but if you'd ever like to squash it you have my direct contact info and I've given you numerous chances and avenues to take to achieve a positive outcome.

Shorted a 1/4 and their math was way off. Advertised false prices then tried making up for it by giving me their standard discount lol the flower that was actually in the bag smoked like incense. Don’t see the hype behind this place. The guest strain flower was the only enjoyable product.

I only chose Farleys for all of my flower and edible needs. The staff is knowledgeable honest and patient. There’s always an incredible but not overwhelming selection of flower, concentrates and edibles. The Farleys grown cannabis is the best tasting and most potent flower around. Grab the wizard punch and captains cake if you’re lucky!
