This was the second place I've tried after recently moving to L.A. I wish it had been the first. I had a bit of an experience the first time I went into a dispensary. My adventure began last week (week of May 2017) when I found myself crippled by Diabetic Nerve pain - no longer able to drive safely I needed an alternative to obtaining my medication. I began to research delivery companies eventually landing on a review website where I found the Ganjarunner reviews. Impressed, I began the simple sigh up process on their website. In less than 5 minutes, I had completed the application. Another hour went by and I received a welcome email from Ganjarunner. I then proceeded to place my first order. I found the website easy to use and navigate. After 30 minutes of shopping, I submitted my first order. The order arrived at my doorstep in less than 18 hours. I proceeded to open the box where I found a nice new member gift with my order. The box was professionally packaged. Thank you Ganjarunner!

Customer service is top notch. They made things right when I got a bad cartridge. No tax Tuesday is when I make all of my orders. I have a local dispensary that sells alpine cartridges for $40 one day a week. Would be nice to see these go on sale at ganjarunner too.

I have been trying to get the CBD Transdermal Patch made by Mary's Medicinals and Ganjarunner happened to be a distributor for them. I placed my order and got it delivered the next day very discreet and within the 9-5 windows. These guys are incredible and sent a nice new customer package which I have not seen before from any dispensary, a real class act. I got a brownie, looked like something sold in a store and a 1/8 which was packaged very professionally. Everything about these guys screams discreet and incredibly professional. I can place my order come home and it will be there waiting for me and even ship to a different address.

I've never actually been to their storefront but have ordered from their website several times. I live in Northern California and they offer free next day delivery for orders of 75 or more. It's great. I order and the next day I have a discreet box waiting at my door. No having to go out to meet drivers! They carry a large selection of flowers, concentrates, etc and I've never had an issue with any of their products.

I have ordered from them several times now, and they are always prompt and friendly. They take credit and debit which is great. I also appreciate that they have good prices on name brand products, even though you need to pay tax on the order. I like that they send you an update to track them via Google Maps when they are close. Def a good use of technology that other dispensaries don't have.
