I was disheartened by being ignored by 2 women budtenders. The store helped a 4 people (altogether) that came in after I did, leaving me standing there. I initially went in for a quarter and a variety of pre-rolls, but left with 2 grams and a 1 preroll..I didn't want to pay the place to ignore me and am heading to into Portland to buy my goods. The budtender who eventually helped me was cool and I feel bad that he has to work with those dumb ass chicks that suck at their job. This was definitely an unusual visit. because this place normally has awe people. . .not sure the 2 girls this afternoon got their jobs...total mystery!
Katie took great care of us. I like that they weigh the product in front of you, and use simple packaging. This keeps the price down since you’re not paying for fancy jars or containers. Friendly service, good prices and daily deals, excellent product. You’ve GOT to try the Sundae Driver strain. This is going to be my neighborhood cannabis shop.
I’ve been to this dispensary so many times and have dropped hundreds of dollars in this store... so I was completely shocked when I was treated like crap because I asked the employee to repeat herself 3 times. I have an issue hearing, so continuing to ask gets frustrating. But even more so when it seems like the employee just doesn’t care. She kept turning her head away and never once tried to remove her mask so I could hear her a little better. I was told to leave when I asked to look at the shatter and lifted it to look. I was told I was being rude and that I was not allowed to come back. Don’t worry though, I won’t be back as your employees were incredibly rude and snatched the shatter from my hand. I also will not be recommending anyone go here anymore. Those I have recommended also won’t be coming in anymore. Your employees are rude and should be trained in better customer service. What if I was a 90 year old woman who couldn’t hear? Would you have been that rude to her? Probably not, I hope you enjoy your lack of business though. Because we absolutely will not be back.
