WARNING** Make sure you look at what you are buying, before the bud tender puts it in the bag and staples it!!!!!! They riped me off!!!! I went in and asked for a specific "STRAIN" by a specific "COMPANY and BRAND" and I was given a cheaper brand that I do not like, with a way lower THC level... I spent $90 on crap pot!!!!! When I knew exactly what I wanted!!! When I called to try are explain the issue, and exchange the UNOPENED "flower" that I had just purchased not even 10 mins before, And I was told that they can't exchange it... Im pissed!!!! I spend alot of money here and have been a tipping customers since this shop has opened!!!! I am also I licensed medical marijuana patient. I never want to give this place my money ever again!!!! They are sneaky and think people don't know what they are buying or looking for, and they will give you the cheap pot, but still charge for the top shelf pot. So again, always ask to see the product 1st, so they don't scam you too.

Hey Green2go!! Thank you for selling me an oz of Gorilla Glue with all kinds of Blonde Hair!!! , in it this morning.. $120 down the drain...I can’t even get it replaced...This is the worst dispensary I have ever come across. How can you treat your customers so shitty? especially after all the money, and time your customers go through.

Absolutely livid. If you're going to charge an arm, and a leg for bud/oil then get products that actually work. Paying $40 for a cartridge that breaks after hitting it a few times but over the 48 hr return time is fucking ridiculous. Can't exchange or get a refund so I'm stuck with a useless piece of crap. G2g is seriously gone to shit.

I purchased there $20 RSO Snowdizzle concentrate from DD last night, it DOES NOT SMOKE AND TASTE LIKE NASTY GRAVY! This is not real oil! Doesn't even come close! They obviously filled some syringes full of whatever dark liquid they could find around there house and passed it off as OIL!

The Big Bad Green 2 Go! First time visit for me, I liked it. Been to plenty of shops, sure there was a little wait, like 5 - 10 minutes... but that's fine lots of people want weed. I couldn't believe how expensive some of the brands were! Not Interested in any $60+ concentrate or 8ths! HAHAHA $60+ for an 8th is a joke. But they had all prices so no worries. Lots of Joints! Ill stop again!

Super busy place!! Not very informative about product. Get you in and out as fast as possible. No time to ask questions about products. They are the only dispensary for miles. So they don't care about your needs.

Green2Go has been my go-to shop for herb. I think the Staff is pretty friendly, and it's a pretty calm atmosphere (until you get the assholes in line). I've been seeing comments about G2G not having much product recently- they're moving locations, not trying to push their old product. Once they move, they will have more in stock.

Ugh. Everyone check your bag before you leave mine had a hole in the bottom. Camera shows me putting the bag straight in my purse before leaving. check it out out in the car the pre roll I ordered was not in there. Call them they say according to the cameras it was put in the paper bag they gave me . Cashier got a 2pk pre roll on me tonight!

Green2Go has quite literally the best products in the state. I have purchased products in nearly every county in Washington, and no where is there such a diverse but focused selection of products. From top level concentrates by Refine, to best quality affordable options for flower, and they're dedicating to providing the best medical marijuana service as well. This is a family of pineapples and they're amazing people. #G2G

Love this place and frequently purchase product. The negative reviews are misguided. If you've been waiting 20 minutes before your number is called then you've had 20 mins to first review the menu, so quit saying you felt rushed. You should know what you want when your number is called instead of then taking 20 minutes to even order. "Feeling rushed" means buyers remorse so don't blame G2Go. The staff is great. The product is great. We're lucky to have it located close by!

Green 2 Go is probably the most efficient store I've ever been in. As a customer who knows what they want, I hate long waits. The staff are able to move through the constant mass of customers with ease. My only complaint would have been seating inside/line outside. Obviously this is alleviated with the new building. You will be needing more seating as well as an actual parking lot. Every time I visit this shop somehow I get lucky enough to have Caitlynn help me. She's fantastic. Efficient as fuck and knowledgeable as hell. Will continue to patron 10/10

We stopped by again last night! We are on fan mode, we will drive from Walla Walla for this place! No place around this side compares. Caitlynn was our server last night and she was friendly and didn't rush us like all the negative reviews have stated. She recommended the marmas and a couple cbd edibles for my dad. Thank you guys for being so professional, most professional staff at a pot shop.

I hate the customer service and think the bud does not match the price. there is a way to make pot affordable for the people. I can't wait to not have to go to his despensary and get some good old fashioned kind bud back at home. I hope they figure out the customer service with the move. Denver native.

The products may say a gram. Your not getting a gram. Weigh it yourself you’ll see. And the help they call budtenders are just employees they are helpless for medical needs and the prices are too high! What is on the menu here is old. And their online is down a lot

Great staff...easy...maybe have a glass chest of product people can view while waiting it helps for those without a lot of experience and it would probably interest others as well.

Overall just felt rushed, I was pushed into buying something I really didn't wanted. That one on one customer service just really isn't there.

Don't let the negative reviews fool you, I study the menu daily and compared to the competition, they have budget prices, quality oil and wonderful bud and a great staff. As a monthly patron, I pick G2Go above all and I love each visit

More shatter please, you should order alot more maybe like 2000 lbs worth stuff is hot right now.

I want to leave a poor review for this place...I’m disappointed with the price they want for a weed that anybody with a medical license can grow!

Nice place .. vendor days needs help on getting the product of that vendor there for the sale.. need more Oz sales.. and more qts of high THC .. MORE GROWER OPTIONS.. Walla walla is not that far if I can get what I want in 40min drive and ritzville has great deals..
