This place does not respect they're customers! After waiting in line for 20 minutes when its your time to order they make you feel rushed into buying they're products. After spending so much money here (thousand$$$) they could at least start having deals for frequent customers. Won't be coming back much longer!

Impressed with their expansion. These guys and gals always make me feel at home and they definitely carry the highest quality products on this side of the state. I make the drive from Walla Walla because of it !

Can be busy during certain times but that's to be expected since they are the only shop in town. The staff is always super friendly. Ali was my budtender on my last visit. He is helpful, knowledgable and made good recommendations!

Location is very convenient for me (Kennewick location). The staff are ALWAYS informative, professional, and helpful without being pushy. The Menu rocks and is always promptly updated which I LOVE! Selection is VAST and chock-full of good choices. Hours are super flexible and almost wide open it seems. Tons of parking. And I truly appreciate the atmosphere where you have a friendly, accepting and orderly vibe. Love the versatility of the knowledge the staff provides you with as questions or comments come to mind when shopping. Above all, I loved the fact I've never been lead on or lied to about a product I've purchased or my husband's purchases. Would ALWAYS recommend this establishment to whomever needed a tip! Thank you Green2Go for being there for me when I needed! I suffer from kidney stones, gallbladder dysfunction, sciatic pain, restlessness, and I'm a full time hard working mom!

They have a brand new fancy shop. Still have a dirty gravel parking lot. Its totally true what everyone said about their prices going up. I normally go to the prosser shop by the highway but I thought I'd give their new shop a try. Still stood in line fore 30+ minutes and I left with a joint. Drove back to the shop off the highway in prosser. Never ever coming back here.

this place sucks. in an area of 90 degree temp, it makes no sense to have people wait on average of 20 mins outside. then another 10 min wait inside. the store is too expensive. these guys have a monoply on the area and basically price gouging is common.

This place has a lot of options for weed but it is kind of expensive.

Good place to get some super bomb refine.. just don't go during busy hours, you will be standing out in the hot ass sun for atleast 30 min.

I love it every time i make it out here. I guess the downside in waiting in line, but its worth it once you get inside. I love talking with people who can help me find what I want. Every time i go with what is suggested, im never disappointed. Amy went above and beyond with helping me on my last trip <3 Thank you

Love the new bigger store! Always treated well by all the staff. They are knowledgeable and friendly and like enjoying laughs with us while we shop. We always leave a little happier than when we arrived! Frosted strawberry pre rolls were amazing!

im a medical marijuana patient who uses cbd & thc to control my epilepsy. its a shame you guys had to raise your prices so high..i will no longer be able to afford my medication...

The lines get long here... the longest lines you'll ever wait in for bud. And they never have deals/specials. But it beats driving further.

Its hot in there omg and 20 to 45 min wait outside in the sun doesn't help then there's barely any where to sit the bud tenders will give you good advice for like thirty seconds the just say yes to every question you ask . I felt rushed

love the place I've been going here for months and love the people there as well. Mr.Zeb helped me out today and was very helpful and showed me a few things I haven't tried. you guys are super awesome.

This dispensary is pretty good. It's really laid back. Great staff. Great customers that are pretty laid back and just enjoying a laugh or two.

The best experience I've had hands down in any dispensary and I've been in a lot of them. All around Seattle and the altitude in Prosser. But Green2Go is number 1! Every time I've gone in, Candie has been my budtender and I can't go to anyone else! She's the best! Always knows the right information. She can figure out what I want with some simple questions. Not lie, she's the best budtender I ever talked too. So friendly and kind and very informed. I keep going back since everyone is friendly! Best experience i had at a dispensary!!! 5 stars all day every day!

Perfect location

I love this place. It's convenient, easy drive to or from Tri-cities. they have great deals on my favorite strains, and they're consistently in stock. I like the laid back atmosphere and the fast flow of the whole set up. The only down side is being early and standing outside in the cold, however it's worth the wait for the quality of product and prices. Keep up the good work ladies and gents, you're awesome ♡♡♡ PS if you're thinking about adding to your devoted customer base and the wait is that big of an issue you might look into those cool propane heat lamps for your entry way. Nothing wrong with a wait if you don't freeze to death lol.

There will always be a short wait, often outside, and always during peak hours. Having significantly lower prices than both of the Prosser shops makes it all worth it! I ask for recommendations every visit and enjoy the friendly staff.

This place is pretty amazing overall. The wait time is pretty negotiable and the prices are very competitive. And obviously, the quality of the buds and all the other stuff they sell there is top notch. The only thing I have to complain about is their pen vape cartridge return policy. Everybody who has spent a fair amount of $ on these new inventions knows that some inexplicablely just do not work. 3 years ago, when I first started trying these things out, many of them just were plain defective. Over the few years, I think they have gotten better as any industry does, but sometimes still come defective. And when that happens, you're shit out of luck unless the store you bought it from will let you exchange it. They should, since these things run anywhere from 35-50$. I guess the only way to ensure you won't lose your money is to not buy them anymore. But that's tough because they are so damn convienent. I don't know, I guess I think you should back the stuff you sell, I know they did not make them, but at least hold the company that does make them responsible. I coulda lit 45$ on fire and had the same result. Brutal policy. But the flower is bomb and the employees are nice. If you stick to those things you will be A Ok. You are taking a chance of losing 45$ if you get a cart. Peace. Happy times.
