my first experience was superior. customer service was above and beyond excellent. Lola was my server, very knowledgeable, knew details of all of the products. I was very very satisfied. it was a Friday late afternoon and very busy, they handled the crowd like a pro. got everyone through the line quickly and efficiently. A++

Have asked budtenders multiple times for top shelf flower but they always give me stuff that tastes like hay. Virginia company=garbage, binx buds= garbage. Pretty much the only good stuff is phat panda flowers. Pretty much everything else is outdoor.

Quality, Atmosphere and Prices are comparable. Staff in cite are pleasant and affable. The telephone service is sub par at best. I called seeking help with a certificate earned at an event sponsored proudly by this shop and was told they had nothing to do with the event although they were present and featured as a "sponsor". I was told that I would get a return call which never came. I called again today asking if this shop could refer me to someone who could vet me for a medical marijuana recommendation and was told "Just talk to a doctor." This was after they advertised that they could provide that service. Don't expect any level of expertise or follow up. Level of professionalism on par with the fast food industry.

These guys are amazing. Great service friendly workers, and always a great experience. I did get indica one time when I wanted sativa. Not that big a deal

Had my first trip here a couple days ago. Had a line (which was expected), waited 20 minutes and felt rushed by the time I actually got inside to briefly view a reader board scrolling the menu. Was very disappointed in the lack of sativa flower available but decided to go with one I hadn't heard of before and the quality was pretty ok. All in all I waited about 20-25 minutes to wait, 3-5 minutes to view the menu and order.

Green2Go sets the standard for recreational cannabis shopping. Their staff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly, it's always a pleasant visit. They stock their shelves with quality product, but my favorites have been Alien Rift and MK Ultra from Trichome Tech 509. It's fairly priced for top shelf smoke, you just can't go wrong. Looking forward to my next visit!

Caitlynn was my budtender on September 30 when she helped me to find the product I wanted and was the best with customer service too. Thank god she was there that day, she really helped me out.

This shop is great! Even when there is a line out the door it moves pretty quickly. I've had the pleasure of being served by Lola. She's awesome, super nice and really helpful. Keep up the good work guys.

the location is awesome i live right down road. cant beat a 2 minute drive for some product. thr only thing is that some time budtenders lie about what they smoke or they recommend the first thi g they can think of. i would rather have the bud tenders more equiped with the proper info for each product. its alot that i get. but for this industry that kind of stuff is common knowledge id guess. but overall great place.

The employees are pleasant and always go out of their way to make sure you find what you're looking for. Today, Vic was very knowledgeable and helped me choose some fire flower and concentrates! 🙏

35 minutes to wait half of that outside in 99 degree weather lackadaisical staff no sense of urgency to move people along also a little more expensive

this store has a great feel to it, everyone is usually happy and full of life, depending on the bud tender. one in particular showed me 8 of the exact same weed, ( banana kush), when i specifically asked to see different buds in my price range. I was told this was all they had, so of course I bought one. it ended up having seeds. beside that one bad experience I have a great shopping time there especially with Jillian, Amanda, and Amy. they will help you find anything you need!

I have been to this location many times.This time I got a McDonalds order..not what I asked for, my server was Nani I asked for Golden ticket and got golden tangie..NOT HAPPY and from now on I need to double check what I got cause I can't trust the staff!

I like the little drive outside of Kennewick. Easy to find.
